Forgot the bun for someone’s burger. It was listed on the order “signature bun”. We didn’t ask for no bun. Also forgot the expensive truffle fries we ordered. For a large takeout order over $100 we expected better :(

I’ve eaten here numerous times. The food is really good but today I sat at the bar for 15 minutes and no one came to even ask for my order.

The Waitress Was Very Helpful & Sweet However, The Food Was Terrible. I Came During A Very Busy Time So My Wait Time Was About An Hour & 15 Minutes Before I Actually Seen A Plate Of Food In Front Of Me Which, I Was Ok With But, To Wait All Of That Time For Terrible Food Is Beyond Pathetic. I Ordered An Appetizer (Arkansas State Fair Fries) & The Bunless Smashed Avocado Burger With The Bellpepper Salad On It. For Some Reason I Received My Burger Before My Appetizer, The Bell Pepper Salad Was SATURATED In Black Pepper, That’s Literally All I Could Taste! The Burger Itself Didn’t Have An Ounce Of Seasoning On It & The Smashed Avocado Was Beyond Bland With No Seasoning Detected. Also The Burger Was Extremely Small & It Costs Me $14 (Which By The Way Does Not Come With A Side You Have To Buy It Separately) Next I Finally Received My Fries That Were Not Fresh After Waiting For An Hour And A Half, & It Was A Super Small Portion Of Fries For $12 Although They Were Tasty. I Left Still Hungry And With A Bad Experience, Spent $30 For Absolutely Nothing. Never Again.

Terrible, way overpriced for a overpriced cooked tough chicken sandwich. Service was soooooo slow and the server never came back except to give us the check. Horrible experience.

When I am in the mood for a decent burger, this is where I go. Farmers burger and sweet potatoes fries are AWESOME and exactly what I have and crave every time I think of this restaurant. They also have a beverage for adults that looks like and orange slush that is wonderful as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I have never been to this location and it’s been five years since I’ve been to the one in west Little Rock, but I was impressed. I ordered take out and the staff had my order out quick. Furthermore the staff were all upbeat and friendly. The fries were outstanding too, with a flavor I would say is unique to the restaurant. I would recommend the Big Orange to anyone that likes hamburgers.

It was ok over priced in my opinion. The fried pickle spears where the best thing crazy how fries or even chips arent included on a $15 burger all in all it wasnt mcdonalds so it wasnt bad.

Had a great dinner here. Great cocktails, delicious craft burgers and a wonderful whooper inspired shake. The staff and service were also top notch. Will be back.

Our waitress, Abby, was amazing and very sweet! I never felt like I was a bother with the few questions I had for her. The atmosphere was super fun and the decor was cute! There was no wait for a table however was a little bit of a wait for the food but it was lunch rush and it’s also made fresh, so it’s totally understandable for me. All the food was great (farmers burger with half and half patty) and the coffee caramel shake was on point. I will most definitely be back!
