We have consistently supported Big Orange for years, since the opening, as we have with all Yellow Rocket Concepts restaurants. The quality and service at the Midtown location had steadily been decreasing so we had not been in a few months. Today we thought we would give it another shot and submitted a pick up order which was confirmed at 6:04 pm with a pick up time of 6:40 pm. Fantastic burgers! We had the spicy pimento cheese and the white truffle and pecorino. Can’t wait to try a different burger next time. Good kids menu too. Will definitely be going back!

Apparently the buns for the burgers have changed along with the lettuce. I loved the brioche buns but today they were different. Also the bibb lettuce was replaced. Those two things help to make their burgers the best. Sad to taste a reduction in their standard.
