Great place to go after a concert! Beautiful clean restaurant with fun upbeat music. The menu has a lot of different options. We had a party of 6 and everyone got something different. The Monday special, 1/2 off pizza. The pizza (Canadian bacon & pineapple) was okay. Very little toppings, don’t recommend. Next time I will get Dish & Chips or the Cherry Salmon. Our server, Chris B was fantastic! Fun, friendly and a hard worker. He enhanced our whole experience. Ask for Chris!

First, this was my first time in Little Rock. Second, we made a reservation. The front desk people were very nice and seated us about two mins after reservation. After that, our server never spoke to us. We waited almost thirty solid minutes but our server never acknowledged us. He walked past and waited on his three tables and never spoke with us. We left. Terrible Terrible service. I have been sitting for over 10 Min now and not a single person has even taken my drink order but another couple walked in and was Sat and within minutes they was helped right away while the hottest told me he would ensure I would be served before them. The hostes eventually had to come and take my order. I will definitely not be back to this location Terrible Terrible customer service. Even the manager on duty walked by multiple times and did not stop.

I sat waiting for drinks and a waitress for 10 minutes. Workers hanging out sitting at tables Cursing talking bad getting in customers way. The food was absolutely disgusting and bland. Employees were selling drugs in the kitchen. We literally watched them hand the drugs off. Restaurant was dirty. We rarely saw our waitress. They didn't even give us condiments woth the burger. Worst experience ever. We will NOT return. Ever.

Today I went to Bjs with my daughter because it is one our favorite places to go when we got there we received good service from the guy who took us to our table he was so nice and continued to ask us about our visit whenever he passed by our table our waiter on the other hand was rude she was rushing our order then when we started placing our order she interrupted serval times to find the button on her iPad I didn’t even complete my order because when I finished the sides for my meal she walked off presuming I was finished with my order I don’t know why she was rushing when she skipped our table twice and took care of the table behind us I guess because they were of a different race I was very patient because I seen that they where a little busy but the timing was only a issue because she made serval trips to the other table asking if they were ok like we wasn’t even there then when I asked her where was the blu cheese that I ordered on my steak she tried to overtalk me and then walked off the food was ok but I think it was because I waited to get myself together before eating because I was pissed but If I ever get Norma again I will definitely leave she was being racist to her own kind which is weird but the service I got from the guy who took us to our table was how our waitress should have treated us so I definitely tipped him instead of her I hope no one else experience the service I received tonight if my wasn’t asking for Bjs I would have left after the drinks

We were seated in an already crowded section and apparently it's because they were understaffed and the poor wait staff was working multiple sections simultaneously. Our appetizers arrived after some time and they were ok. No silverware provided at the table so we had to ask someone who was not our waitress. Food took forever to come. No plates or glassware was cleared so when the manager came to our table to bring a beverage we asked for table clearance. This obviously bothered her because she was aggresively condescending during the process and incredulous we asked for dirty dishes and empty glasses removed. In the end the birthday girl was disappointed to the point where she couldn't even eat her food once it arrived and didn't even bother to ask for a dessert which was the entire reason we came. She wanted one particular dessert and was so over the entire experience she just wanted to leave. Shout out to the waitstaff for holding down all those sections though.

Went to BJ’s on 3/1/24. In Little Rock ARThe waiter arrived with an attitude. I ordered a filet mignon. I have no idea what they served me. I sent it back and the waiter returned with the same meat. I guess they don’t know anything about cuts of meat BUT they charged me over $25 for the fatty meat. Not going back.

Flying solo this weekend, and sat at the bar. Walked right in for bar seating, 7:30. Bartender was slammed, but super friendly. Food came out quick. Loved the music on. Got the pepperoni flatbread, and LightSwitch. ?
