We went to Blue Ember yesterday for lunch. I had pulled pork sandwich, Baked Beans and potato salad. My preference for BBQ Sauce is the Apple. My husband had Smoked Turkey, Sausage, huge Baked potato & Texas toast all cooked perfectly! It is our favorite in Little Rock. Large portions, friendly staff & great atmosphere! ♥️
The whole family enjoyed a delicious lunch together at Blue Ember and it was delicious! Among other entrees we had the Fort Chaffee salad, the special ops and lots of pulled pork and brisket sandwiches! Lots of meat on every sandwich and the meat was tender, juicy & delicious! Go try them out, you will be glad you did!
Conveniently location close to my office, and good BBQ. Don’t have to go far for decent BBQ anymore. Try the Special Ops Platter so you can sample the different meats the first time you go.
Very nice restaurant with excellent BBQ. Service is fast and knowledgeable.

Atmosphere was nice and clean. Service was also nice. The brisket was expensive for overcooked and dry meat. Brisket was very stringy and had an after taste of pure liquid smoke. Has no flavor or seasoning whatsoever! The excessive liquid smoke made my blood pressure spike.

Service was top notch! Food was awesome! It felt a bit too sterile for a bbq joint but that may just be the part of town it's in

I tried. Twice. It's mediocre at best. I want it to be better, but my second try confirmed that it is not yet.

Better than expected. The pulled pork sandwich was more affordable and moister than my usual West Little Rock BBQ joint. I think my wife and I have a new favorite BBQ restaurant!

I did take out and the food was ready almost right when I pulled into driveway. Food is really good and I recommend them to anybody.

We’ve been here practically every weekend—it’s that good! The food is truly top-notch, and I honestly haven’t had better BBQ from a restaurant. The prices are more than reasonable, especially given the quality. I’m obsessed with the brisket sandwich and baked beans! The staff is fantastic, too; on more than one occasion, they’ve gone above and beyond to bring us fresh sides. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The potato salad has bacon. Potato. Salad. They don't advertise it. They don't list it. Not sure why that isn't listed. Extremely disappointed. Placed a huge to go order and was not given any sauce on top of that. Very poor experience at this location. A BBQ Restaurant that doesn't give any sauce? Please do us a favor and list bacon as an ingredient in a potato salad.

If you like smoked meat but that’s all you getting food is flavorless. Sauce is well needed. Try for yourself

Brisket and sausage are possibly the best in Little Rock. They are a little pricy, but very good. Not sure why the bad reviews, I've been 4 or 5 times and it's always been very good. On par with Wrights BBQ, much better than Whole Hog.
