The restraint is beautiful and maintained well. The service was great! The food we had a couple of critiques such as the crab ration dip being a little too sweet and the wontons too greasy. As well as the stuffing for the Imperial cod overpowering the cod. The food was still really good! We highly suggest the broccoli, pork chop, and the garlic potatoes!

My view of Bonefish is our server/Hostess was lovely. She made sure we were taken care of. Did not crowd but checked on us regularly. Unfortunately, the food was not that great. I'll start with the appetizers, which consist of Imperial Dip, Bang Bang Fries and Pot stickers. The Bang Bang fires were extremely salty. Like very salty. The Pot Stickers were not bad at all. I would rate them a 3. The Imperial Dip was good. Which I rate a 4. Now for the main course. One order of Chileans Sea Bass with Steamed Asparagus and Kung pao brussel sprouts. One order of Sirloin (Medium -Well) and Fish Taco. The sirloin even though it did have a slight pink center. It was still tough and not flavorful. The Chilean Sea Bass was a little chewy, almost rubbery. And the steamed asparagus was flimsy with very little crunch. But again, our hostess. Great! I don't think I'll be back to dine. Maybe for a drink or maybe order something simpler. My aunt did take the fish tacos to go. But the sirloin and Chilean we didn't bother to have it boxed up. No desert.

Vegetarian options: They do have a selection, pretty decent choice for a vegetarian diet.

Normally a "go-to" restaurant, our service was not as good as usual, they were out of multiple menu items, and the food was just ok.

Not bad. The fried shrimp was overly breaded. Great waiter (he has a beard). Great atmosphere enjoyed the music in the background.

This was first visit for me. I received a gift card with the name of this restaurant among three others to choose from the restaurants listed. I decided to set in instead of choosing an order to go. I selected the Apple Pecan Salad with Salmon. I began to slice the salmon to it with my salad base and the salmon completely done. The server returned a little after he left my table and I asked if I could get another salmon fully cooked. He suggested to retrieve the Salmon from my salad and asked the chef to put the piece back on the grill and cook it completely. I asked could I not just get another piece but he assured the Chief would get it done where it wasn't raw pink. It took two tries, this lead toy request to get the grilled chicken as a replacement of the salmon. The server and the trainee returned with the chicken by my request to replace the salmon but did not acknowledge are share that there would be an add on fee extra for the chicken. The lunch salad was listed for 10.50 on the menu and online but the charge me for add on of 8 oz of chic. at 8.00. I paid with a gift card and when I checked the receipt I found both the pink shrimp with salad, my original order, in which I had to return due it being under cooked. Svrck: Alexander 13. First visit left a bad taste after this experience

I went Bonefish last night and our server was pretty attentive and pleasant! Until it was time for the bill. A party of 4 split on 2 receipt's; I was responsible for $85 and the other ticket was $94. Thank God I get notifications of my card transactions because I went to the restroom and noticed $94 was charged. Made it back to the table, the server brought me the ticket and said “hey so I ran the card and $70 was approved, yet you owe $15.” Confused because I transferred money to the card before, even though I had enough to cover the tab. I pull up my transactions, not only was I charged $94 (for a ticket I was not responsible for) but she also charged an additional $85. The kicker part, she did not mention that she ran my card twice!!!!! After I called her back to the table she THEN INFORMED ME she ran my card accidentally for the $94 but refunded it and ran the original amount…! The refund was not showing and I was flabbergasted she expected me to pay $15 when I paid $164 without my knowledge. Yes accidents happen but to omit that information and act like Im overreacting was baffling. I posted this for customers to be aware of what they are charging you. If I wouldn't have checked, it would've NEVER been brought to my attention. Do what you will with this info. I will say though excellent at customer satisfaction because I was refunded the $70 and $94 (about an hour after I left) & I did leave a tip and left because they took too long to report back.

I would advise everyone to avoid this chain restaurant. I had dinner there 2 night ago. It was a disaster. I ordered the mahi mahi and shrimp combo The green beans were so raw and so hard that I couldn't cut them with a fork and knife. The mahi mahi and shrimp were charred to the point they were hard and dry. I requested that the server bring me splenda. After the second request for the splenda, I received a glass of sugar packets. I requested to speak with PJ, the then manager on duty, who seemed to see, understand and agree with the problem.
However, all he did is pick up my plate and disappear. He did not apologize for the problem. There are too many excellent restaurants in Little Rock for diners to waste our money on a chain diner that does not care about the customer experience. There were many ways the manager could have focused on service recovery. He did not offer to replace the vegetable with another option, or to comp the meal. This restaurant has a long history of problems. Their Yelp rating is quite low! I advise all to avoid this place! Terrible food, incompetent management.

My friends and I ate here to celebrate my birthday this weekend. We had a reservation for 6, and were promptly seated. The issue was that we waited AT LEAST 20mins to receive drinks, and then had to flag down the MANAGER (who walked past our table at least 5 times without acknowledging us) to ask for a waitress to place our order. We were in the restaurant for literally an hour before anyone came over to assist us.
Thankfully, a waitress came out and explained that she wasn’t originally assigned to our table- but that she would be our waitress for the remainder of the evening. She was amazing!! Everyone at our table agreed that the service in general was horrible, and the food was mid… but our waitress really was a ray of sunshine within the storm.
So thank you, Kathylin!!!

They need better wait staff. Our person forgot about us. Had to find her again through a manager so we could pay. Good food though.

We arrived a few minutes early for our 6pm reservation and were asked if we would mind sitting in the bar area to accommodate the wait staff. We had mentioned in reservation that this was a birthday celebration. Today’s specials were on a poor printed xerox. Could not read first word all the way down left side. Waitress greeted us with bread and olive oil and gave us slightly better print out. Smoky bourbon cocktails were ordered but were unavailable due to smoke device being down, today’s entree special was sold by 6pm in a mostly empty restaurant, received appetizer ahead of any drinks including water, reordered different entree. Food was okay but not great. Waitress asked if we cared for dessert , we did. Got our bill and finally my birthday was acknowledged with Happy Birthday written on bill! How thoughtful! This is our last visit here!

My wife and I had our 12 year anniversary here over the weekend. Our first visit to Bone Fish. It was 7:00 pm and the restaurant was maybe 1/8 filled. We sat down and ordered and appetizer. The kitchen prepared the seafood dip but forgot to make the chips at the same time so our app was very late coming out and when it did, the seafood dip looks like it was well overcooked. Our main courses were fish & Chips, and shrimp skewers. The fish & chips were alright but a bit overdone. My wife's meal came out and it just looked unfinished, no skewers just shrimp with holes in them, and the plate just looked like it was rushed out while forgetting presentation. Our waitress was really nice, I could tell she was also frustrated with the kitchen. 3.5 of 5 stars.

Food quality was bad. Brown, wilted lettuce in salad, side of rice was hard on top and sticky, broccoli was old like left overs, bread was cold.
Waitress brought sides out 12 minutes before our entrees and then guy helping her took our entrees to two different tables before he was told by our waitress to take them to our table.
We will not be back!!!
