This was my first time sitting in the dining šŸ½ area. It was clean and employees kept watching šŸ‘€ and maintaining the area. It was a pleasant experience ā˜ŗļø . The cinnamon roll is very good.

Sandwiches are big enough to share. Top quality service. The best part was the finish-the carrot cake. Mmmmm

Decent food, but a nice place to sit and eat. Must have a waiter on Sundays

An excellent place to go to for a quick breakfast and/or lunch. The food is delicious and fresh, and the service is fantastic. On top of that, the atmosphere is crisp, clean, and tranquil. Five Stars all day.

Peanut butter cookie was just like my mom used to make when I was a kid! Perfect! Croissant was delicious and super flaky- not a car friendly pastry BUT still reminded me of my trip to Europe years ago- exceptional- thank you!

Staff beyond rude. As we were making our way to the only open exit, adjacent to the grab and go counter, we paused and were told rudelyā€ we are closed.ā€ We explained that’s OK. We’re just on our way out. We’ve just finished brunch. With that, we were told again, more rudely this time, we’re still closed. Once again, we said it’s OK. We didn’t want anything. We were just leaving. A third time We were told we are STILL closed. Cheers and ā€œ you go girlā€œ from an employee in the back. All this directed at two women, one elderly, who had been completely non-confrontational, and had enjoyed a lovely and over-the-top meal in a neighborhood restaurant where there are many dining choices. As an added note, there were other diners still in the restaurant.

It was an awesome Easter experience. A special thanks goes out to Grace. Grace, your smile and genuine personality is awesome!!! We had salty dogs, soup of the day, sandwiches, and more…all of which were delicious! Happy Easter!

Best bakery I’ve found in a long time. This morning having a warm strawberry and chocolate muffin with coffee au lait. Incredibly good.

I was treated so rudely by staff, Manager Will at that due to this first visit experience to this establishment I doubt I will return. My daughter who brought me here wanted me to try the restaurant. Upon ordering and paying over $64 for items I went to sit down. There was a rope hanging from 2 silver poles in front of the side dining area. The only table in front of these ropes had a man sitting at the table. So I went around the rope and sat at at table . About that time a man came with our soups and said, ā€œ You went around the rope, you need to sit hereā€ and slammed the soups down on the table the unknown gentleman was sitting at.I said there is someone sitting here, the man(Will) says and they need to be leaving . That side is closed we don’t have servers. And Will walked off. The longer I sat there the madder I got. So I asked for the manager when I left and the cashier told me that there was 2 a man and a woman. I chose to speak to the man, unfortunately it was the waiter/server that slammed my food down at an occupied table and told them to leave and me where I had to sit with people I didn’t know. I began by telling him he was very rude, made no eye contact, and very angrily said we always close that side at 3:30 because there is nobody to serve. I explained this was my first visit to this establishment how would I know this and nobody served me or waited on me besides you slamming my food down at another occupied table. I fixed my own drink and served myself and disposed of my trash. He then told me if I wanted to talk to the other manager (woman) that was on the phone help myself! Now I don’t know about others but no matter how good the food is with service and inhospitable as this business was they don’t have to worry about me returning again. I will be more than happy to share my experience with this business with others.

Boulevard is a staple downtown and we are so thankful you're here! We enjoy lunches and grabbing snacks or necessities for the weekend on our trips around the neighborhood. We celebrate every occasion with that fantastic chocolate cake and find as many excuses to walk through your doors as possible! Thank you for providing wonderful lunches for us through the year and being a reliable place to order something to impress- and at such a value. Christina, you're a wonderful part of this community- thank you!

Considering this place is in the heights the service is pretty good.
