The chicken was good and fried well. The sides mac and cheese was blend, the greens are tough with no season, corn bread hard, and potato salad wasn’t cold. Food is overpriced not worth the money

We were visiting from Texas and while near the capitol, decided to try some authentic soul food. They were very patient in explaining how to order ala cart entrees along with the meal menu. The fried catfish and pork chops took me back over 50 years in my grandmother's kitchen. Absolutely worth the wait! My go-to spot next time I come in town.

We are on our way from Harrisburg PA to Scottsdale AZ. And all I wanted was some soul food. We went to 4 different places that were completely closed down. I was about to have a mental breakdown, my boyfriend found this place. Called, they were open. Everyone was so nice, and the catfish, Mac and cheese, yams, cornbread were all just what I needed. Highly reccamend

I got introduced to this restaurant by my boyfriend & been hooked ever since. Great chicken wings & fries. & the sweetheat sauce is sooo good! Will drive 30 mins just to eat here :) parking is horrible on a busy day with the lot being so small but other than that great restaurant
