I ordered a chilli cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese which was delicious. Teresa had chicken tenders, fries and salad. Other items were the double cheeseburger, bacon cheeseburger, and club sandwich. YUMMY ?
No complaints from anyone and the sweet tea was great. Service was good and all the staff was friendly. I'd gladly go back sometime. Saw another cool place a couple of doors down called The Pizza Cafe.

We are longtime customers of Buffalo Grill. But a recent experience there has left me really disappointed. We arrived a little after 11am (before the lunch rush) on a beautiful Saturday because it was my mom's birthday and we wanted to sit outside. There were 6 of us (4 adults & 2 kids) and, when we arrived, there were 6 tables open outside (five 4-tops and one 2-top). We went to check in with the employee and they told us we couldn't sit outside because there weren't any 6-top tables available. We asked if we could put 2 tables together, they said no. We asked if we could add 2 additional chairs to a 4-top, they said no. I asked why (because we have been able to do this in the past) and they said it was because we would be blocking the walkway. When I pointed out that a current table had an extra chair (blocking the walkway) he said it was okay because it was just 1 chair. It was like he was just making stuff up on the spot. We also could have put together tables without it blocking anything - but he wouldn't let us do that either. At no point did he offer a compromise (like - "let's get you seated inside and then you can move outside once a 6-top comes available") or anything. At no point did he seem at all sorry that they couldn't accommodate us. When I said we would have to go somewhere else, he just shrugged and said "okay". This would be frustrating regardless but especially since we have been going there for years. So we left and ate at another restaurant nearby where they were happily able to accommodate our group of 6. When we left, all 6 empty tables were still empty. When we drove by later on our way home - still empty. I messaged Buffalo Grill on Facebook to see what their response would be. They have not bothered to respond, even though I can see they have read the message. They clearly don't care about their customers or, apparently, if they even have customers. At a time when going out to eat can be a luxury, I definitely recommend skipping Buffalo Grill and going to a restaurant where they actually want you there.

The best damn restaurant in Central Arkansas for a burger and fries! Been eating here my whole life, can't stay away. They literally set my life standard for cheese fries, regular fresh cut fries, and ranch. All other regular fries, cheese fries, and ranch is measured against Buffalo Grill. Their burgers are so juicy without being greasy. Lunch, dinner, or just a pit stop for cheese fries or chicken nachos for a snack, can't go wrong! Staff is always nice and quick! Don't sleep on the chef salad either, huge and all the things!

this is my first time at Buffalo Grill in Little Rock, AR ... and it will NOT be my last ... let's start with the staff ... they are the most genuine folk i've come across ... they run a fast paced smooth venue ... the menue is filled with wonderful choices for adults and kids ... i got the chips and house made salsa ... followed by salad with house made thousand island dressing (which is the best i've ever tasted), the the amazing hamburger steak with saulted onions on top and fried onion rings ... the apple pie i will taste at home ... ya'll come to a friendly enviroment with great food and enjoy ...

I love going to Buffalo Grill!!! They have amazing burgers! I enjoy sitting on the patio and enjoying the atmosphere. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years, I live a lot further down hwy 10 from this location so I don’t come often but when my mom comes in town, we always make a trip!! I definitely recommend a burger but anything you choose tastes great!!!

I'm not really a hambuger person. I don't crave hamburgers as my spouse, who grew up on a farm that raised its own beef, does. I may eat a hamburger every few months, and am content to be hamburgerless in the meanwhile.
But if I'm going to have a hamburger, Buffalo Grill is my go-to place locally. The meat always tastes fresh and isn't overly greasy (and of dubious quality) as you find frequently at other establishments. All of their sandwiches that we've had are also good, as is their chili.
Above and beyond that, the folks who run the place couldn't be nicer. During the pandemic, when we avoided eating in restaurants, we found that anytime we called in an order for take-out sandwiches or salads, they made it very easy for customers to pick up the food, and thoughtfully brought it out to the car for us.

Parking: There is more parking spaces at the back of the restaurant.
