Absolutely horrible service. The guy was rude from the jump then was talking crap loudly as he walked away from me to the kitchen. I drove 20 minutes for my food and am told another 10-15 minutes. I don’t have that kinda time on lunch. Last straw. No I don’t want the food. He went back there 3 times for what? My sneaky suspicion was to spit in my food. Nope. Got a refund and left. Told the manager why do you have him working here to treat your customers like this? That’s a disgrace. To be fair this isn’t her store. I told her, no way would i employ someone like that.

When w came in at dinner time the place was a ghost town it wasn’t til we sat down and the lights began to flicker like an annoying little give you a headache kinda strobe that we had gotten our drink and ordered our food and had to ask to move because it was giving my wife and I a headache. As the food came out we didn’t get what we ordered and were up charged for what we were given u can see obviously they r drowning and need money to do some crap tactics like that what should’ve been a max $35 meal ended up being $50 and that was with getting the pick 6 absolutely atrocious.

There is a reason for the existing low stars and I'm adding to it. Stood in there to be seated, never acknowledged with my family. It's noon on a Saturday. So I went to the bathroom and came back out and my family is still waiting to be seated. Come on. There was like 3 tables in use in this huge restaurant. Basically empty. No need to return. We left and went to another restaurant close by. I'd give it zero stars.

It took 10 minutes to get seated. Bre sat me as I waited for my dad. He came in two minutes later. Bre bussed multiple tables right next to us and no one came to take our order and we waited for 15 minutes. I run a food business personally and don’t usually do reviews as I can empathize with hard workers but she only had one other table and no one else in her section. I don’t know if she was angry or just blanking out; but it was very disrespectful.

Maia was my server. She got super busy but always came around with a smile. I tried the new cheesesteak and it and my tots were hot and fresh. Great food.
Do not order takeout from this location. They are incapable of providing dips/sauce correctly. I have never received the correct number of dips from this restaurant. I have also received blue cheese instead of ranch, and queso instead of southwestern ranch (which I paid extra for).

Food was hot and fresh. Tasted better than our last visit. Prices are still ridiculous for what it is. Our server was top tier though, super sweet and funny. Place was nearly empty so she interacted quite a bit and made our visit really memorable. Unfortunately I'm terrible with names, but if the manager sees this and can figure it out, she is a beautiful, short (5'0-5'2 at most), black girl with an infectious smile.

I order food. Kinda over season where it feels like I need to take a drink of my drink everytime to get through it. It didnt seem to take long for my meal, but just feels over power on season. Garlic parm is what I got on my wings. Maybe I'll try a different flavor on my wings.
