I was picking up a couple of door dash orders and they were busy with others waiting on orders as well. Every employee that walked past us asked us if we had been helped. I was very impressed and made me not care about how long the wait was because they acknowledged me.

We've dined in and also ordered take-out. The food is consistently good and the staff are friendly, but the service is always SOOOO slow. But I keep coming back, so it doesn't bother me enough to be too much of a problem. Hahahaha!

Nobody is ever at the counter, i came in today at 7:30 and there were 7 or 8 other people who had not even been helped yet so I left.

Go to this location if you want to wait at least a hour for your food. Always understaffed. The one in Conway makes this place look like a dump.

Very discriminate establishment. You charge someone full price of a meal for not even half of it. With an allergy and not wanting gluten why pay for something that you can't even have on the same plate as the meat. Probably why there was only like five people beside employee's.

Never have I been served a drink without enough ice, but it happened, TWICE! They served both of our orders on the same tray/plate...our waitress seemed distracted, asked, "are you guys okay?" mid-stride as she passed our table.

SARAH the manager is a very sweet, caring, helpful, patient, understanding, supportive, intelligent, well led manager etc etc! Her attitude takes that environment a long way, unlike every other managers attitude!

Went for the Veterans Day event. They were not prepared for the event. Went to 3 locations. Lines out the door, once in no service, walked out.

We were told we could order the deals from the website inside the restaurant by two people which turned out to be completely false. Waited for about an hour until we found this out so then we had to deal with the manager who had a name tag with the name Ebony on it. Turns out this manager is whiny, rude and just absolutely useless. I couldn’t even ask clarifying questions without an attitude after they tried to charge us nearly double what we thought and what we were told by the 2 employees. The 2 employees were pleasant but obviously aren’t trained properly if they both told us it wouldn’t be an issue (and apparently confirmed with the manager it wasn’t an issue?). Also, if you order several different flavors of wings they just throw them all in the same container and don’t separate them with anything? We had 3 different flavors of sauced boneless wings for one of the meals and because all of the wings were in the same container without anything in between them they all got mixed and we had some weird concoction of three different sauce flavors mixed into one. Again, just for clarification, the manager here was top tier useless ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is what happened to my Godson today when he took his daughter's Volleyball Team to celebrate winning the championship.
Buffalo Wing wings on Cantrell ..WOW. So we decide to take our 6th grade girls out to eat for winning the Volleyball Championship. We except a big bill we said about 20ppl so we know good 500 dollars. Well we get there and when we are seated we weren't served until 20 mins after we asked why not and they said only 2 servers. Ok cool so she tried but we weren't served quick, ran out of drinks and didn't see her. When asked other severs to help her with refills they said let me find her instead. Well bill shows up and she adds 18 percent gratuity. About $80 in tip so we say something and she gets the Gerenal Manager. This is were it goes south. He comes out mad and pointing out there are signs on doors before coming in. I didn't see it so I told him. He responds by saying not his fault I can't see or read lol ok I said I'm not mad pointing out service was not 80 dollars worth well I tried telling him. He interrupted me and saying he is not arguing and to pay my bill cause obviously I have more then 10 people. It doesn't matter what kind of service I get , to pay the gratuity and go. I asked who was higher then him he said no one is and no matter who i call he makes decisions and the final say is his so to pay. Walks off. I have 6th grade girls watching and I don't say anything else and pay. I asked the server his name. She didn't want to tell me said she didn't know so she goes gets him again. He said it's on the door and he will show me where cause he is escorting me out so I can't be in there I have to leave. I have 6 grade girls with me and he didn't care and expected me to leave them WHAT?!?! Lucky I had parents show up and get them and the other 2 coaches. I just walked out so the girls don't see this. Obviously they say and all came behind me. They were upset and couldn't believe that happen to me. They said they don't ever wanna go back there again and they have my back lol. Told them life happens like this just smile and continue your day. Worth more to be happy for. They wanted me to pose in front and take a pic lol. These girls are amazing and happy they won the championship.
Don't go to Buffalo Wing wings on Cantrell the General Manager is terrible his name is BRANNON RACOP .
Waitress tried but not worth 80 dollars in tip. I tip over my bill sometimes when waiter or Waitress deserve it. I was once a waiter too so tip is important.
Just sharing for future people planning big parties or wanting to celebrate something special and want it to go smooth.
I still had fun with my team just wish they didn't have to see that or the parents.

Service was really bad this night. The server sat with us didn’t request any appetizers nor gave us silverware. Our table was also sticky and had to ask for it to be wiped down. Food got cold fast and wings weren’t even tossed in the sauce. The only good thing was the drinks and the manager giving me half off the order.
