The Sunday morning staff is really nice. They could definitely use another hand or two on the team.
The lobby is very clean, and there is plenty of seating.
Food is good. My breakfast sandwich was heated all the way through (none of that frozen center mess).

I had to change my review after going through the drive thru again tonight. Whoever the manger was working at 7:00pm on 1/30/25, that lady needs a raise! It was perfect, I’ve never seen a drive through move so fast and the food be perfect at the same time! I’ve had a few bad experiences here recently with a different manager but this was a complete turn around. Give that lady a raise please!

Went threw the drive threw last night and pull up she speaker was not working and know lights were on drove up to windows got a windows slamed in face and they said they can't help me they don't take order at the windows and there speaker did even work will never be back yall don't ever deserve a star at all get better help teach them what customer service is about been there done never treated anyone like that so management do better. U never know a person is going threw I was trying to get food not to have a windows slamed in my face.

Weird ass Burger King. The food is still good here, but I prefer the Maumelle BK near Walmart. This BK has strange employees. They behave weirdly taking your order and start vocal fights in the back that you can hear when you're enjoying your meal. The lady at the counter wanted a smoke break and was talking out loud to herself after taking my order like I wasn't even present. After I ordered she took her break and a different lady took our order, just as strange as the other one.

Parking: I love the Burger King's burgers in Maumelle, fries are always fresh and hot, 🔥🔥 but Management need to improved you guys parking lot, y'all got a lots of pot holes in your parking structure, please fix especially right there in the front of the door. Your customers will thank you for it ..

This burger king seemed clean and the food was ok and freshly made the wait was a little long but dll together it was really nice up until I got out of my Lyft ride and between the parking lot and the front entrance the bottom of the bag tore open and I lost my and my roommates dinner so I went back outside and there it was in the street ran over . But thanks burger king for your good job west markham
