Today 10/26/2025 you have the absolute worst staff working. The gate was closed and a white woman opened it and we walked over. She was rude and nasty. The young lady behind the counter looked up and said we are closed while 6 of us stood in line. She then yelled over to another lady saying are we open or closed. They lady told her to take a few more people, which was repeated by a customer and she got mad. This is every time I fly through here. They should work there if they don't like dealing with customers

Guy behind counter cooking was too busy watching videos on his phone to see me standing there to purchase water bottle. Didn't say hi or anything else, not even sorry for ignoring me, didn't offer me my receipt, or thank you.

Would not recommend this location. Slow, bad service, unsanitary. I’m not sure if it’s bad management or pay, but employees clearly don’t want to be there — I watched one scroll through their phone while wearing gloves, then go right back to making sandwiches without changing them. They even seemed to intentionally stall, waiting for customers to give up and leave for their flights so they wouldn’t have to make their orders.

Clinton airport location: worst service ever. Staff was not friendly, ordering was automated only, workers were very slow with one simply standing and staring at a cabinet the 26 mins we waited for a fountain drink only. Some people who’d already paid simply walked away. Airports have a reputation for fast and quick service from vendors. This place is awful! It should be REMOVED from the airport.

Charged a different amount to my card than what is shown on the menu. Can't give refunds. Nobody is in charge. About the worst airport fast-food experience I've had. It is laughable how poorly this business operates. 😜

These are the rudest people I’ve come in contact with and that’s saying something since I travel every week! No bacon, no lids for cups. Always understaffed. Slow as molasses! I’ve eaten here several times and it’s always bad! Each time I tell myself it can’t get worse than the last! On Sundays they are the only “fast food” open…they don’t even have a store number in the receipt for a review!

My mother had been out for well over a month doing some Army field mission training, and the food was not scrumptious or palatable.

So, when it was finally time for us to depart from that area after I drove there; she chose this location because she was starving, and looking for something even remotely delicious.

She just wanted some of the french toast sticks & a nice loaded bacon, sausage, ham, egg, and cheese sandwich. However, when she finally got the sandwich, it wasn't even the right sandwich. She didn't even get the french toast sticks.

When she told them that they gave her the wrong sandwich, they were rude & refused to give her the correct one. Quite frankly, they were rude the entire time.

We didn't want to cause this shameful employee any more headache so we just said "It's okay", and left. If only they knew just how much she was looking forward to "real" food for once.

(We were the only ones there too, funny enough)

We wouldn't recommend this place at all. Go to another food shop in that airport.

Rude staff that are much more focused on flirting with each other and various other airport employees than assisting customers.
At time of order I had 20 minutes until boarding, my burger was made and laying on the counter waiting for fries that were already prepared for 8 minutes while I listed to the full story about how the girl working the fry line was attracted to a random baggage handler who approached and asked for someone to bump his order up ahead of everyone else. Ultimately, I asked to forfeit my fries and my drink just to get the burger when boarding for my flight had already started. Absolutely ridiculous and if I were in management, I would wipe the slate clean and hire all new staff here.

I asked for a spicy chicken royal didn't say anything till I got my order and said it's normal chicken they don't carry the sauce. Not that big a deal I guess but then I go to bite into my sandwich on the plane and the chicken was raw in the middle. I almost puked. If I could give it a 0 star I would $13 dollars I'll never get back when that's all I had to eat for the day
