These are the rudest people I’ve come in contact with and that’s saying something since I travel every week! No bacon, no lids for cups. Always understaffed. Slow as molasses! I’ve eaten here several times and it’s always bad! Each time I tell myself it can’t get worse than the last! On Sundays they are the only “fast food” open…they don’t even have a store number in the receipt for a review!

My mother had been out for well over a month doing some Army field mission training, and the food was not scrumptious or palatable.
So, when it was finally time for us to depart from that area after I drove there; she chose this location because she was starving, and looking for something even remotely delicious.
She just wanted some of the french toast sticks & a nice loaded bacon, sausage, ham, egg, and cheese sandwich. However, when she finally got the sandwich, it wasn't even the right sandwich. She didn't even get the french toast sticks.
When she told them that they gave her the wrong sandwich, they were rude & refused to give her the correct one. Quite frankly, they were rude the entire time.
We didn't want to cause this shameful employee any more headache so we just said "It's okay", and left. If only they knew just how much she was looking forward to "real" food for once.
(We were the only ones there too, funny enough)
We wouldn't recommend this place at all. Go to another food shop in that airport.

Rude staff that are much more focused on flirting with each other and various other airport employees than assisting customers.
At time of order I had 20 minutes until boarding, my burger was made and laying on the counter waiting for fries that were already prepared for 8 minutes while I listed to the full story about how the girl working the fry line was attracted to a random baggage handler who approached and asked for someone to bump his order up ahead of everyone else. Ultimately, I asked to forfeit my fries and my drink just to get the burger when boarding for my flight had already started. Absolutely ridiculous and if I were in management, I would wipe the slate clean and hire all new staff here.

I asked for a spicy chicken royal didn't say anything till I got my order and said it's normal chicken they don't carry the sauce. Not that big a deal I guess but then I go to bite into my sandwich on the plane and the chicken was raw in the middle. I almost puked. If I could give it a 0 star I would $13 dollars I'll never get back when that's all I had to eat for the day

Ordered large combo, got small fries and small drink... Fries weren't even too temp. Way overpay for old stale food and worker didn't care for their job at all and made that obvious
This was the fastest ive ever received my food the new manager is doing great things food was good and the customer service has improved

There is an African American woman working there with a nasty attitude I asked her for a straw and she got started arguing stating should have looked for it

If you want horrible service, disorganized staff, cold food and no receipt to show what you bought,... stop right in! My burger patty came from a warming drawer, not sure how long my onion rings had sat in the warming tray. I stood waiting to be assisted and finally ordered my food from a kiosk. What an absolutely horrible experience. I had a hard time going a single star for this place!

James seemed to be the only one working the establishment. When I walked up, he was mopping the front and was very respectful and cordial. Food was about what I expected, except the price, as usual, was extremely high, being in the airport terminal.
Literally worst experience at a Burger King. Please hire new staff. The 2 guys burned the chicken patty and gave the first sandwich away to someone else. I was literally waiting for 15 minutes before they asked me what I ordered.
Kudos to the lone gentleman working the lunch rush today. He took orders, cooked, prepared and delivered meals in a timely fashion, all with a great attitude and smile. He is to be commended! ??
Literally the grossest meal I have had from a Burger King. They have not changed the fryer grease in years, those fries were nasty. And the bun - I swore there was paper in my sandwich the way it tore when I bit into it. One poor guy did everything- take the orders and make all the food. Go ANYWHERE else.
