I will never go back to burger king again on Rodney parham again. I normally go there twice a month. They offer a discount for seniors, but when you ask about it they don’t offer it. Manager was outside talking with a lady, and didn’t care about what was going on with customers and employees. The young man that was waiting on me was super nice. But will never go back again.

Best BK ever at this location. I live near by and my Mom is addicted to her whopper meals. This crew and manager are always on top of their game!!! Always fresh, hot, good, right, fast, friendly, all the condiments are in there or I'm asked if I need any. I just love this team here and I really appreciate them treating me like they would want to be treated. U can tell when people care. Fries were hot and fresh. I ordered an impossible whopper and I thought I was eating someone’s cremated remains that had been pounded tightly in a patty and then freezer burnt. It was hard and completely dried out, never had that happen before. Threw up in my mouth a little bit. Now I’m just sad

Ordered a “Bacon King” meal Plain, they didn’t put the bacon on the burger nor gave me a straw for my drink. Took the burger back to have it remade with bacon and the lady with the orange dreads snatched the burger and walked to the back to remake the burger. Not once asked me how did I want it made. She gave the burger back and it was full of condiments that I didn’t want. I just asked for a refund. The lady snatched the burger again and walked to the back didn’t say a word and came back with $8 laid it on the counter and walked off. That lady is rude and I’ll never eat at this Burger King again due to her poor customer service. Luckily I’m not the way I used to be or it would have been a major problem with her.
