Order no jalapenos got MANY!
Ordered the firey mozzarella sticks and got chicken fries instead ! No extra cheese on my sandwich even tho I was charged for it. My order was taken correctly but the kitchen messed it up big time. It's on the TICKET!

I went on the Fourth of July morningI went on 4th of July morning. The restaurant was clean. The service was prompt. I'm courteous and the food was good. They do have one of the smaller parking lots, so drive through at this location may be the best option.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King location. I ordered a combo meal using a coupon I received in the mail, but I was not informed of the need to mention the coupon when placing the order. When I reached the first window, I handed over the coupon along with my payment, but the staff did not inform me that the coupon would not be accepted at that stage.

At the second window, I saw that I was charged the full price. When I asked about it, the manager told me that I needed to present the coupon while ordering, not when paying. This was incredibly frustrating because the staff at the first window did not mention this policy. They could have easily adjusted the price in their system, but they refused to do so.

This experience has left me very dissatisfied.

Well, Burger King opens at 6 for dine-in (today). However, I was told that was for the drive-through. If I wasn’t walking to a Doctor’s appointment this morning, that would be annoying but still manageable.
Dinner and lunch have had no issues. I will be gone after typing this. No lunch for me

I ordered a cheeseburger with no lettuce, tomato, onion, and NO ketchup. I usually check my sack before pulling off; but I didn't. I got home with very thin meat and two (2) buns. NOTHING else on the burger, not even cheese. AND my total was $8.59???? No going back.
