Went to order and asked about a sandwich, was told about a different sandwich. Tried to get a sweet tea, they didn't have it, tried to get the item removed from the ticket and they tried to get us to pay for it anyways. Paid with card and didn't get a receipt, so asked after, once a receipt paper roll was placed in, a lot of recipts came out. Food was alright, but one of the most mind melding service I've ever had.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. 2 weeks ago I went in around 2pm and there were 2 people in front of me waiting to be waited on. They said they had been there like 5 minutes. Not one employee had said a word to them. Well I got in line and I waited 10 minutes. Nobody even acknowledged our existence. Not even the manager that was there. The drive through was evidently more important than walk in. I FINALLY asked if anyone was going to wait on us as some had been there 15 minutes. She just looked at me and said they were busy. All three of us walked out. I will NEVER go there again. And these morons want $15 an hour?

We were there about 3:50-4pm on 11-7-2023 The service was remarkable ALL due to the Beautiful young lady at the 1st window initial Ms.(T).she had just started- it was her 1st day she was the only reason this store received 5 (*****)beautiful smile and her most welcomed spirit. We get to the second window tall far skin hair cut in a fade young man didn't speak. I asked for no ice he didn't give me to me to say anything he said ain't no ice in there. We checked out food and of course 1of 2 sandwich was missing cheese ,tomatoe. 2nd sandwich missing tomatoe, so we took them back to Ms. T. She repeated what was missing and at the second window I am assuming she was the manager repeated what we asked for through the head set. And, instead of creating a fresh whopper they just recycled the ones passed back through their window. From what I could see there to many students in this store for there mistakes. We weren't offered any coupons for there mixup. And, the only apology we received was from the young lady Ms.T. this was my opinion from my 1st visit..

Nicest lady ever runs both windows currently because of low staffing. She is always in a good mood and it helps in the mornings when I’m sleepy. The food is always warm and fresh. I am addicted to the bacon egg and cheese biscuit.

What about no mayo request that makes y'all's brain overload.
Used to eat at this particular BK all the time. It went downhill. Rude workers have no patience or courtesy at the drive thru window. Very slow service.Today they told me they have no fries,, so i got onion rings.. got to the window to ask for onion ring sauce, they out of that too.. + the orders were wrong and the onion rings tasted like its a few days oldThe hell happened to this place?
