10/30/25 5:41pm- 6:05 pm I waited for a whopper jr meal . And the fries came out ice cold !!!The burger must was made this morning , so I go in Donte (asked him his name that’s what he said , everyone had name tags except him)who is the manager approaches the counter B4 I can get the problem out he waving his hands in a rude no manner and shaking his head , so I dump the food out bc I need him to see what He brung out to me , he started talking like he’s in the hood “aye mane you ain’t gotta do all that I said we short staffed “ and I tell him that I get it the wait is not the problem (if he wouldn’t have been so dismissive he would have knew my problem was waiting 20 mins for ice cold food) he then proceeded to tell me what I need to do , and I had to tell him if he was doing his job , we wouldn’t be in this situation!! How is he gone tell me I shouldn’t be upset after I’ve paid my hard earned money to wait for ice cold food ??? He has very poor customer service, bc ONE ONCE THE CUSTOMER HSD TO WAIT 20 MINS , ITS COMMON SENSE TO MAKE SURE ITS FRESH… he could’ve gave me the cold food out the window when originally ordered it . If you bagged up in the front and the drive thru why are you still taking orders ? He could have told me at the speaker “give me a moment “ but of course he doesn’t know what customer service is !!! When I asked for my money back , HE HAD TO CALL SOMEBODY ON THE PHONE , STILL TAKING ORDERS AT THE DRIVE THRU (I don’t understand why the lobby was full of ppl waiting 10-20 mins , and now it’s a issue , he’s on the head seat still taking orders ) got his air pod in on the phone with someone he can’t give me the refund, while he’s trying to find out how to do that he’s still telling me what I should be doing , instead of trying to solve the problem that he created by being a careless leader !! He said 100 curse words . The worst experience every . I do not recommend NEGATIVE 10 OUT OF 10

Bought 3 whopper meals and forgot to change one two onion rings instead of fries. But the woman working the drive through told us we would have to drive around again to get onion rings so we drive around again and order the onion rings. We get to the window and she takes paint. And then tells us to pull around to the front of the building by the double doors and then have them right out. Well, they had him out and about 3 or 4 minutes. But they were cold, and then they brought us some more that were still cold. So we just drove off. I just figured you pay over 35 dollars that food would be warm and service from staff would have been more professional. All she had to do is let me pay for a large onion rings or switch one of the fries. But nope 20 mins later ice cold food and melted pies we got out of there. Then we get home and one of the whoppers have no cheese. Not sure ill be returning to this store.

The service is not too bad, but the food was awful. The whopper had no flavor whatsoever, was undercooked, and extremely soggy. There was a ton of excess too. Not worth your money or time.

Worst people work here at cash register and food area very rude and made me wait 30 minutes just for chicken nuggets I already paid with card so I waited but never be back
I love Burger King. My dogs do too.😆 Every time they start Howling... I can look over and see a Burger King. We always pull in. They never howl at McDonald's. 👎 Burger Kings the BEST!!👍🥰

The cashier was not friendly at all. I guess she didn't want to be there. I order a 5 duo and a 7 trio Got home my sandwiches was not right. The Bread was old as well..

Ordered on app it was the first time that the order was ready and waiting sealed by stickers only to find out when opened that missing dipping sauce and one of the sandwiches also when waiting at counter with receipt it did feel like I should’ve been acknowledged in sooner the order was made right and the manager offered me a drink as an apology which was very appreciated , and I will say that every time I have been to this restaurant something has been wrong with nothing done to make up for the mistake so I do have to say that I am very grateful for the manager making right sooo thank you 85

So we went for the first time to get fast food at this location in Geyer spring and we got the worst service the lady working kept saying we’re about to close we don’t have this and we asked for another thing and she kept saying the same thing at the end we got the food but when I was paying I had said hey can I get some buffalo she said yes when we got the food I asked is there buffalo in the bag and she said no and she couldn’t get more cuz there were about to close , that being said we got home all mad cuz of the bad service and bad attitude and the fries were mixed with onion rings and cold the lettuce was old and it looked black we couldn’t even eat good because of the whole bad experience 😡😡😡😡

There is an older gentleman who works the 1st window collecting your money. I wish I would have gotten his name so that hopefully his employer would see this and recognize him for his good work. It seems he works the 1st window during the week during the lunch hours. I just wanted to give him a shout out, he has such great customer service skills and always puts a smile on my face. Every time I come through the line he is so professional and polite. Thank you sir for being such a good cashier and I hope you get recognized for your great work.
