Placed an online order to make sure that all of the sandwiches and burgers were made plain: no condiments, no veggies. Five out of five burgers and sandwiches were made with condiments and veggies. Onion rings were under cooked, but still served hot and soggy, not edible. Also, paid online for the order and when I pulled up to the window I had to tell them that I had already paid for the order online. Would not recommend this BK, might try the one on Markham or Rodney Paraham in the future because I will not be back to this location. Tried to contact BK customer service online regarding the order and was told they would contact me via email within 24-48 hours. No actual response or resolution to my issue. Worst customer service experience ever!

The most pathetic Burger King I've been to. Seems to have no manager. The people in the kitchen and behind the counter shouted loudly, laughing and talking to each other, almost continuously. The person taking my order couldn't have been more uncaring or unwelcoming. She didn't offer to give me a receipt nor an order number. Almost half of the tables were dirty and covered with previous patrons' trash. They stayed this way through my entire 30 minute visit. Additionally, both sides of the Coke and Dr. Pepper were out, and I and most everyone that came behind me let the front counter know, all to no avail. No one ever bothered changing them out to run again.
Overall, an abysmal place to eat, and app3to work, as the employees seemed trapped in some sort of purgatory, and for a brief moment I joined them.
Avoid this place.

They contaminated my food by spilling something on to it ,and when I complained I was told, it is not contaminated and to get off of their property. That is unsanitary to say the least. Tried to hide it by putting it in another bag, didn't even bother to replace the bag just stuck it in another bag.

Whole order wrong even after it was repeated 4 times. Burgers had a sloppy appearance. The staff was very nice and even ask me about the order and still got it wrong 😒 Asked for a double cheeseburger no onion,pickles or lettuce and they buy a whopper with everything on it in bag along with a bacon cheese burger. Apparently giving me someone else’s order.

They’re sweet tea is not even sweet. It taste like unsweet and poor customer service at that this Burger King has lost me as a customer.
I am convinced all BK‘s are the same. I ordered a Whopper w/ cheese with mustard, extra pickles, tomato & onion. I got a Whopper w/ cheeses, mustard, extra pickles, tomato, and lettuce. No onion and lettuce. Restaurants don’t wash the lettuce and it taste like cleaner of some kind. Why is this so hard to make a sandwich. Of course you’ll never hear from the management because they got their money and that is their only concerned. If you’re not going to try harder please at least try.

Most of these food workers don't wear gloves...I've seen them so many times and they they get offended when you ask for a refund cause your food was made. Nothing like watching them make your food then wipe them hands on the jeans they are wearing them grab another pattie or bun. I've brought this to the manager a number of times before. Maybe I need to complain to the Health department because the mangers don't care.
