I went into this location at Bass Pro in Little Rock on 8/6/22 around 11:15 a.m. I entered the building and spoke as I entered and no one acknowledged me. I went and stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order only to be ignored for about 15 minutes. There was only one customer in the building because the lady that was preparing his smoothie looked at me like she was mad about something and never acknowledged I was at the counter waiting to place an order. She kept her back to me. After 15 minutes of being ignored I left. I will never visit that location again and I will spread the word not to visit that location. That was very bad customer service.

Too slow. Don’t wait through drive thru. Took 35 minutes to get just a smoothie.

I've been going to the Breckenridge Tropical Smoothie for years. It's pretty much the only guaranteed way I'll get vitamins, water, and fiber in my diet! Love the staff and the smoothies!
Do NOT take away my Chia Banana option! I will cry!
