I caught wind that Camp David was launching a soul food lunch on weekdays. I work in Downtown Little Rock occasionally doing the week, so I thought I would give it a try. I tried the pork chop, which was the daily special on Tuesday. It was soooo good. Large portions, tasty. Will be back.Parking: park in front of the hotel or on 6th street

We walked in 10 minutes before end of breakfast and Shawn insisted we stay. Ordered a breakfast burrito to share. They split the plate and as you can see was beautiful. This is a gem of a restaurant Im the holiday inn off of I-30 in Little Rock.

The place was empty. Server was great. She was friendly and attentive. Food took a while and wasn't amazing. You have to walk through the hotel to get to it.

Enjoyed the food and dessert. Chicken breast was small but I didn’t mind as it was late and didn’t want a large meal before sleep.

This is not a restaurant buffet it is a Continental breakfast that you usually get free from most hotels definitely not worth the $24 dollars it cost me and my husband to eat.

We stayed at the hotel a month or so ago and had to try the cafe there. I read the reviews and was a little nervous but it was great. The ladies working were so nice and gave us a discount on our food because she thought it got out late but it wasn’t a long wait to us at all. They were also really friendly to our kids and the food was so good! I got the bbq ranch flatbread. Highly recommend it!
The camp David restaurant was a recommendation by Google when I clicked on upscale dining. It has the atmosphere of a high school cafeteria.A nearby diner explained that most of the customers were federal govt workers staying at the motel there. The restaurant seemed to me out of half of their entree items and side dishes. The orders we eventually received after false starts because of stuff they were out of were actually decent food.At least they were open on Sunday evening. According to Google most dining establishments were closed.Neither the restaurant or Google lived up to their billing.

Diane is the WORST server, host, employee I have ever come across! She EXTREMELY rude, no class or character and incredibly disrespectful. I've traveled to 12 countries, 30+ states, dealt with racist servers who still treat Ed me BETTER than this woman. She was rude when I called for room service, then hung up while I was still talking. When I went to the restaurant to talk, she walked away and talked over her shoulder, as if they were that busy and there were ONLY 3 tables with a total of 6 people in the whole restaurant. One was getting his ticket to checkout, another table JUST ordered, and the other party of 2 literally just sat down. I have always been of the mindset "If you don't like your job, quit" but don't take it out on others. You never know what people are dealing with, I'm here for my mother's funeral and this horrendous encounter definitely did not help. EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE if you have the chance or Uber Eats!!

Good food variety for a hotel!
