After standing In front of a cashier, who is too busy on their phone to acknowledge a customer was standing in front of the register, I proceeded to move to The other register. I purchased a drink and inquired about a promotional sign displayed on the tobacco rack. When I asked what the sign said because I could not see It. With an attitude walks to the cigarette rack, points at At the wrong promotional sign, I kept Trying to explain to her I Would like to know what the sign above it says. I never got an answer, cause every time I asked a question she just kept getting more of an attitude. with my patient getting thin, I purchased my items that I needed without understanding the price. When I called customer service to let them know what was going on. It was insinuated that it was my fault because I wasn’t clear enough in my questioning.

Absolutely the worst customer Service. For my understanding if you have an issue with Casey’s, it is going to be the customers fault.

This location sells a lot of outdated spoiled product the string cheese sticks are always green and moldy the condiments are always spoiled the drink machine is always broken there

This review is for Casey’s in general - their new Ai system won’t let you customize your pizza and seriously was blue balling us ? Casey’s here doesn’t answer the phone ☎️ took me 20 minutes to place an order and still didn’t get what I wanted. Hygiene needs a little help.

Very racist employees at this location. I was at the Kanis Rd location at 8:00 pm September 2nd to get a fountain drink refill. Not only was informed that the Coca-Cola was out because they hadn't felt like changing it yet. But then when it was my turn to pay I was told my refill didn't count because it was a Kum-n-Go cup. I've watched other people with Circle-K and Ez-Mart cups get refills at this location and gotten them myself. But I guess since I was the only white customer the lady on the left register has I had to pay full price while the black customers paid the refill price if she made them pay attention all. She was extremely rude during our whole interaction but nice and chatty with people of her own race.

I lost my receipt and called to see if they could find it. Sherita found it and even emailed it back to me since I live 5 hours away Very professional and polite. Love this Casey’s. They are a life saver.

This place is looking much better! The manager is really on top of things, and her employees! Also the cleaning man is nice and always says hi. Good job!

Very friendly staff and the gas prices were reasonable. Easy to get in and out compared other gas stations where it's a game of roulette dodging all the cars and maneuvering tight parking spaces. This was not so at this place. Good stop.

Paid at pump and had to go inside to get receipts and wait in line. This is why i paid at pump so i don't have to go inside and wait in line.
