I wish I had photo evidence to further prove to you how amazing the brisket melt sandwich is, but my pregnant self did not hold out long enough before diving into the meatiest, most flavorful brisket sandwich, EVER! I made sure to dunk the sandwich into the delicious cheese sauce, giving it even more flavor, although when I ran out of the sauce, it was just enough on its own. All you can eat Sunday brunch. Everything was awesome! Great atmosphere and very clean. Brisket, grits, potato casserole, biscuits and gravy, donuts, chicken, collard greens, eggs made to order - just to name a few. Super selection of sauces. Our favorite was the white BBQ sauce - great flavor. Friendly staff, and we had a great chat with Owner/Chef Donnie Ferneau.

Went for lunch and had the flavorful smokedmeatloaf . It was really good and something different... My lunch partner had the fried pork chop and stated it was awesome as well...The food portions are good.. I wanted to try the brisket but was stuffed...The atmosphere and stafff were great can't wait until my next visit to Little Rock... This will definitely be a regular spot during my visits... Great customer service. Clean environment. I had a staple Grits Eggs bacon sausage and a biscuit. To keep it short. The grits were not to my liking didn't taste like the southern grits I'm used to.
Food was amazing and very super surprising! I am a big critic when it comes to soul food especially greens! Most of the downtown area does not have good greens but this place had some good greens and they seasoned it so well. And oh my gosh let’s not get started on the tator casserole!! To die for! I’m a big dessert person and their peach cobbler and bread pudding was the bomb! What also made this place great was the service and the owner. Being an owner myself to a few restaurants, I understand the importance of being present and infront of the restaurant. Makes people feel good and happy they are talking to the chef!

Great southern food perfect for a brunch outing. Ambiance was loud, but that’s as to be expected for a Sunday. My husband and I are both in the hospitality industry and understand how hectic it can be to work on a busy day. However, as this was our first time coming to dine we would have loved an explanation from our server on the process, instead she said something along the lines of, “go on up”. Would have loved to give it 5 stars, but the service was lacking.
