Have heard amazing things about the food but was very disappointed with how it all played out. Let me preface this, I am very patient and understanding when it comes to food service I know good food takes a while to make but I am not sure what happened. I placed my order shortly after they opened (12:27pm) and was told id get a call when it was ready. After about an hour and a half I, very calmly and patiently asked about my order. I was told they were pulling up chicken and would have it right out. I then proceeded to wait in my car for another hour before leaving. I went about the rest of my day and wasn't called until past 3, close to their closing time. I was definitely looking forward to it but sadly never got the chance.
Had this last night at an event. Was literally the best chicken and waffles I have ever had. I order the chicken and waffles and strawberries. Chicken was fried perfectly. Lots of ingredients. Come hungry because you will be full afterwards! 100% would recommend!

Quality of chicken is horrible! Hair on it, fatty and rubber. It Could of been awesome.

Ordered 16 PC chicken and waffle dinner for pick up and took over an hour to get my food. Not ready when I got to store and still had to wait. First and last time visiting.
It was very clean and the employees were nice!!!
Great food
15 minute wait for my food then it wasn't hot. They replaced it but it was another 15 minute wait. 30 minutes and I wanted to dine in but carried it home. Wait was just too long
