went to the wings on River today ordered wings and waffle it was great to much for a single person

Worth visiting again for sure honestly, the for was great for a chicken place

The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. I ordered the Strawberry Shortage Pancakes with chicken, along with the gizzards and mac & cheese. If you’re a fan of tender gizzards, this is definitely your spot. Unlike most places that serve tough, straight from the bag gizzards, they actually tenderize them here, making them flavorful and easy to chew.

The fried chicken was phenomenal, crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The waffles were good with a touch of sweetness. While waiting for my food, the owner chatted with me and made me feel right at home. She even invited me back for Soul Food Sunday. The warm hospitality and delicious gizzards & fried chicken make this a place I’ll definitely return to.

Holy cow this place is amazing!! I got the Carmel pecan chicken and waffles and It was absolutely sensational, I’m normally not one to leave a review but this place is phenomenal and should have a line wrapped around the building 24/7, already looking forward to the next time I get to eat here!

Fried fish, pork chops (the best ever!), salmon & of course chicken - it's all GOOD!!! Ample portions!! All served in carryout plates whether you eat in or take it with you! How creative!! Older building but clean and inviting. You've got to try Ceci's!!!

Been waiting along time to try it and it was a total waste of my $29 canned sweet potatoes Mac n chz was too thick chicken was too seasoned and over cooked grease wasn’t fresh and the sauce was nasty in the chicken the red velvet waffle was good doe. 2/10 kinda disappointing feel cheated outta my money tbh just keepn it real no offense

I had a bad experience today 4-12-2025.First I was coming from Conway so I called when I was by maumelle,however I was placed on hold and was on hold all the way from there until I pulled up..I know the food good so I want some so I overlook that even tho it was only one person ordering food when I arrived.yet I was on hold for 18 minutes..I placed my order at 2:58 yet it’s 3:35 and I still haven’t received my food and it’s only a wing plate 😭😭😭😭I cancelled the order and left 🤦🏿‍♂️..
