Have heard amazing things about the food but was very disappointed with how it all played out. Let me preface this, I am very patient and understanding when it comes to food service I know good food takes a while to make but I am not sure what happened. I placed my order shortly after they opened (12:27pm) and was told id get a call when it was ready. After about an hour and a half I, very calmly and patiently asked about my order. I was told they were pulling up chicken and would have it right out. I then proceeded to wait in my car for another hour before leaving. I went about the rest of my day and wasn't called until past 3, close to their closing time. I was definitely looking forward to it but sadly never got the chance.

Had this last night at an event. Was literally the best chicken and waffles I have ever had. I order the chicken and waffles and strawberries. Chicken was fried perfectly. Lots of ingredients. Come hungry because you will be full afterwards! 100% would recommend!

I decided to give this place a chance because i believe in supporting black businesses. The owner had a bad attitude (work on that because your a bad attitude will destroy your business) just because i asked for a menu and asked about the prices. I did place two orders but wont be back. I tried the chicken and waffle which was NOT good. And the fish and spaghetti wasn't good either. Fish wasn't cooked well done. The only thing good to me was the greens. The wait time was too long as well I waited over an hour

Loved it! Great food. Good service. Comfortable atmosphere. It is everything we have been hearing and more. Had the Half and Half so I could try some different flavor waffles. Chicken was spot on and we got gizzards that where tender and cooked just right.

Called my to go food order in at 11:15am, they said it would be ready in 10-15 min so I arrived at 11:30. Waited until 12:00 until my food was actually done and it was cold. The place was not busy. Would not recommend.
Fast service, tastes delicious, brings a bit of a reminder of Roscoes Chicken and Waffles back home in LA.

I loved the atmosphere during my visit...there are a lot of windows, and the music (blues) was a nice accompaniment. The Salmon salad was fresh, colorful and flavorful. I will be returning soon.
