I went to I Love the Blues last night at Charlie’s Place and it was horrible. They didn’t have ample amount of seating for the guest and people were standing up where we couldn’t even see the performance. They gave homage to the people that was VIP and didn’t care about the people that paid $45.00 for general admission. Even though it was packed people were still buying tickets at the door. Not only could we not see the stage we couldn’t hear what they were saying or singing for that matter. Many people as well as myself left because there wasn’t any use in staying there if you couldn’t enjoy it . I promise you this was my first and last time visiting Charlie’s Place . If you’re having anything at Charlie’s Place please don’t invite me. ?

Went to the I love the Blues Saturday and we were in General Admission. People were standing in front of the people n general admission so they couldn't see the stage. The mics sucked and we couldn't hear the entertainers. People were still coming and they were still selling tickets with no room for them. People were needing seats to sit and none provided. This was not worth $45.00. One of the host took a seat from our table and took it to someone standing n the middle of the floor.He then took another chair from another table and put it back at our table. We tried to tell him that our guest went to get something to eat. He didn't want to hear it.

NO HANDICAP PARKING ELDERLY WOMAN PASSED OUT,AWHILE BEFORE HELP ARRIVED WITH A CHAIR WOMAN WAS LIFTED UP AND PUT IN A CHAIR BY OTHER CUSTOMERS NO WHEEL CHAIR SO SHE WAS DRUGGED IN SITTING IN A TOO LITTLE CHAIR . DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Parking: This place needs strict Handicap with Professional staff monitoring PERIOD!!!!

This place was so unprofessional. I will never come here again. "The I love the blues" concert was just terrible! The owner should have been shut down lat night. No parking to accommodate every one who paid a ticket, VIP had to stand in the cold while general administration went right on in, VIP services was just horrible (rolling eye, never bought us our drinks, never waiton us at all, seating was horrible, tv played to loud we could not even hear artists we can to see, the artists microphones were horrible, base so loud you could not even hear what they were saying, light horrible artists sing in the dark, I could go on and on! Furious, we left! We paid over 300.00 for our VIP tickets, never again Little Rock! Customer service goes along way with me! And yes you may have made a fool out of me now, but never again. Remember, one happy customer will only tell a few about thier experience but a piss ofd customer will tell the world. And to think I drove all the way from Texas to be treated like a Monority. Shame on production, 92.3 the Beat for not have all of this strighten out before go day!!! Never, Never, Never AGAIN!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

Promoting celebrity concerts when they infact paid for a hosting. This is false advertising and very unfortunate for patrons. Also paid for drinks that were sold out and the bar saying no refunds. I am livid. My friends and I are not returning.

This place is amazing. Mr Charlie is very personable. It's a great place to reserve tables or areas for any celebration. The food and service exceeded my expectations. It is a great place to have a night out overall. Check it out! I promise you won't be disappointed!

Paid a pretty penny for a famous celebrity and the show was TRASH paid a lot of money to see 15 minutes of of a show! I will never do that again. Charlie’s need better promotion bc this was TRASH!!!!! There for 6 hours and the celebrity performer hadn’t performed. Never ever pay to see a celebrity performer come here! Straight rip off!!!!!!!!

After almost falling trying to get in we see a total of 15 people inside and the "security" guard frisked me as he was asking for a $10 cover. Maybe if there was a band or anything but they were just wanting to make up for the bar being empty. Won't be back

Stopped in coming from chicago to Texas trip. Had beer pizza and chicken nachos. Fabulous food! Fabulous service! Great music. A great vibe. The place is huge and cool? will definitely stop again coming back and any time we're in the area?

If you want to drink out of a clear Solo cup and heat off of paper plates and then this is the place to go the waitstaff sucks they had a 15% tip automatically added to the bill would you not be an issue if they did their job you can't get a refill if you just been drinking Coke because if you're not drinking alcohol I don't want to deal with it me and my daughter went there we spent over an hour waiting on our food about 45 minutes after we order our food as when they can't we don't have meatballs try to get a refill on my drink several times went up to the bar aspirin refill could not get it I had to wait on my waiter well after my waiter came back around 30 minutes later we still did not get a refill and I said the hell with it and left after paying a $60 bill for fried mushrooms a patty melt and chicken strips
