They need to do better on training the waiters. The waiter acted like he was about to have anxiety attack and was very argumentative and was messing up on orders and taking it out on the customers and staff.

Last time I left a review, I was unhappy with the service but I loved the food.
This time the service and food was terrible.
The waitress forgot out silverware, took over 10 minutes to bring our drinks, forgot other things, and didn't refill our drinks or take anything off the table until we were about to leave.
My favorite meal from here was terrible. The salmon was overcooked. It was tough and there was no flavor. And they reduced the amount of rice you get with the meal. That was a pathetic amount of rice. Maybe a spoonful spread out just enough to be able to set the salmon on top of it.
I know it is less than before because this used to be my favorite thing to order from Cheddar's.
I'm so disappointed with how far this place has fallen because this used to be my favorite restaurant.

Service was initially slow, it took her a while to come to our table for our drink orders. The food was fresh, Service was very friendly. The restaurant was beautiful and loved the hot crescents.

1st time here and Love this place! Greeted out front walking in full door service and wonderful staff so sweet and attentive and fun, and the food is out of this world!!! EVERYTHING WAS SOOOO DELICIOUS!!!! wish they had recliners we could barely walk out we were overstuffed 😆 see ya soon 😎
