They need to do better on training the waiters. The waiter acted like he was about to have anxiety attack and was very argumentative and was messing up on orders and taking it out on the customers and staff.
Service was initially slow, it took her a while to come to our table for our drink orders. The food was fresh, Service was very friendly. The restaurant was beautiful and loved the hot crescents.
My experience with Cheddars has usually been great but today, not at all great. We asked for to go boxes and to go teas. The waiter brought back boxes and empty cups and lids. I repeated to the waiter I wanted tea and ice in my empty cups. She became very ugly and uncaring. Cheddars needs to improve on hiring individual employees that have a good attitude towards the customers, as we should feel comfortable and enjoy going out to eat.
