If you get a messed up order and call the same night and are told to come back the next day even having the receipt, and other means of proof of purchase as well as proof of what time you called the employees will still call you a liar. I’ve lived chick fil a for years but this location has turned extremely ghetto and filled with rude people. If the issue is corrected I’ll remove this if not I’ll gladly spread the word as much as possible

this was by far the BEST chick fil a ive been to, despite the unique setup. the front of house director was very kind to me and my family. also, the food was immaculate compared to my local chick fil a down in texas. i will be stopping here in a heartbeat next time i pass through little rock arkansas!

Young man gave great service (Trenton) even working overtime. Got my order correct ,but reason for all stars was that his work ethic and his politeness is how workers should be. Makes you go back and eat there again. Keep up the work.

It's a Chick-fil-A! Service is always good, quality of food is consistent. The only thing is the parking lot and pulling in and out can be a challenge. There's also no inside seating area like most.

Chick-fil-a is known for being an easy in, easy out sorta place. Most locations have the drive through down to a science.
This location was no exception, but what stood out was my server, Erica/Erika, who had the patience of a saint and helped me move into a faster line, figured out what I was trying to order when I was all over the place, and threw in extra ketchup when she heard my toddler ask for it from the back seat.
Looking forward to coming again.

Rude staff and apparently management, no attention to detail they obviously don't care about the customers, starts with a mobile order pull up wait 5 mins not busy they just are taking other peoples orders where you pick up the food 🤦♂️, after a 5 min wait and 3 cars behind me, and a male employee finally screams asking my name (from inside the restaurant I'm a lane away with a truck blocking my view in my vehicle)!mind you it's a mobile order I've been here 5 mins only mobile order here and car and color is listed as well I yell back my name frustrated I shouldn't have to scream he should walk over and ask , ok another 2 min wait then some young white lady with a attitude screams asking the same thing what's my name, I scream back and mention I've been here over 5 mins and then she screams "did I check in?" I reply of course I've been waiting over 5 mins already gave my name now to multiple people and she tells me not to be rude 🤦♂️ All over one milkshake! Sincerely someone never revisiting this establishment!
