it's Chick-fil-A. what can you say? everything was great. the only thing that I have to complain about is the fact that they didn't put a spoon in with my yoga order as we had a mobile pickup. I would definitely stop here and eat again

To my disappointment, I had a rather frustrating experience during my visit to this Chick-fil-A location on Saturday night. Upon arrival, I waited approximately 7–8 minutes at the drive-thru speaker before anyone acknowledged me. When I requested that my food be served warm, the team member hesitated and then placed me on hold.
Once I reached the window, I was asked to provide my name, and my order was confirmed. However, I then waited an additional 10 minutes specifically for chocolate chip cookies. When my order was handed to me, I was reassured that the cookies were freshly made.
Unfortunately, that was not the case. I live just two minutes away, and by the time I got home, the cookies were already cold and hard, which was very disappointing given the wait and the assurance I was given.
This experience did not reflect the standard of service and quality I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. I hope this feedback helps improve both customer communication and product consistency for future visits.

Had a great experience on their 14th year anniversary. The kids loved it. They gave away brownies, balloons, baby cows and it was a great experience for the kids. Thanks to Management and all the staff at Chick-fil-A. It was a great visit and experience.

Seems to be a dysfunctional system, as I seem to witness management always lecturing their employees in front of customers quite a few times I come here and always rush me when I’m trying to look at the menu to order to which I struggle to remember my bigger orders because for this location when you’re ready to order you have to drive up and do it 100% from memory.

The service is usually really good here. One time, however, I put in a mobile order that my husband went to pick up in the drive thru. I had his car on the order and had sent him the order number and receipt. It took him quite awhile to convince the employees that it was his order despite having all the information. They asked for multiple forms of confirmation, including the order number, receipt, and exact order. It was really bizarre and frustrating. That's the only time I had an issue with this location, but it took longer than necessary to get the order. I felt like my husband was getting interrogated over a chicken sandwich. Hopefully that never happens again.

I personally didn’t get food from here, I’m pregnant and was craving hashbrowns so I got food from Mcdonald’s, and my fiancé stopped to get him some food from chick fil a, they were such nice people every one of them! saw me with a mcdonald’s hashbrown in my hand and they gave me a free hashbrown from them to “see which i liked better” and honestly chick fil a hashbrowns are better, now that ive tried them! Best drive thru service i’ve ever had, loved the employees!
