My wife and I ordered two salads in the drive thru and made it home before realizing they didn't provide our salad dressing. I didn't want to go back because it would have been about 20 to 30 minutes round trip. We ended up using Dallas dressing at the house that didn't really go well with the salads. I called Chic fil A to let them know that it was pretty unsatisfactory. I was told by the operator that they would be reaching out. The way they reached out? An email for a free cookie. You don't provide the necessary components of 2 full entrees, and your manner of recompense is a single cookie. Absolutely garbage management in resolving a problem.

The person who took our order was nice and helpful, I would have given them a higher rate but they forgot our sauces and it felt as if they were rushing us to get out of line.
I so glad that I stopped st this location. The staff was so nice! I felt welcomed! It was my first time visiting and Mr. John was so nice and eager to give me recommendations on what to buy! My food was hot and ready instantly! It was not dry. It was very clean and organized!! And I highly recommend this location. I will be back very soon! Thank you to the staff and Mr. John who assisted me at the register!
