I just want to take a moment to share what happened to me while leaving Chick fil a the other day
It was storming very bad, I walk outside holding my 2.5 year old in one hand and her food in the other. I look out at the rain debating on how I should handle this.
When all of a sudden a nice young man named Robert looks at me and says “Umberlla?” Holding his up.
Not only did this dude hold his umbrella for me and my daughter...

The fries I got here today weren’t very fresh…but I tolerated them. Also, the team member that brought my food to my car didn’t say “my pleasure” when I told him thank you - kind of a let down 😔 if they work on a few things this Chick Fil A could be a 5/5, but I guess there’s always room for improvement.
