This is the first time I've ever encountered an employee taking our order who wasn't pleasant, smiled, or even made eye contact. He didn't even say "My pleasure" which is fine, but not the normal experience you expect at Chick fil A. The order wasn't correct when we got to the window, but they were happy to correct the mistake and we paid for our changes at the window without any further issues.

Although the service is fast, the chicken sandwiches are not cooked as good as they can be. I noticed the chicken patty had additional debris on it from the coating and oil build up which happens when the oil needs a change. Speed is cool, but I prefer quality over speed.
