Quality of food could have been a bit better. Food was served hot. And the speed of service was moderate. This location seemed clean and well organized. Great location about 200 ft from the Gates.
Ordered to go from inside and when it was ready they yelled the wrong name. Having no clue it was my food I sat there for 10 minutes before checking with the staff. They found it on the to-go rack, already cold. I will not be going back.

Staff was very rude and dismissive. Ordered a 8ct nugget meal and a spicy chicken sandwich. They sent it out with no sauce and when I went to request some, I got ignored. I paid for 2 additional sauces and she would only give me 3 total, which I'm supposed to get 4.

Fresh, hot food on this trip! Service is always top notch and super friendly. The tables and seats need to be cleaned. Otherwise, it was good as usual.

Food was decent, staff was disorganized. . I only say that because as I waited, there were 3 orders that could not be found because the person taking the orders was entering guest names differently then what he was being told I believe my order was under Ray? Haha ya but maybe just a hearing problem or something cause I'm Clay,? lol

I was really surprised. Chick-fil-A is known for great, friendly, welcoming service. That's why I was surprised by what I saw there. The guy in front of me in line asked if they had any sandwiches already made since his flight was about to leave. As they were preparing his order (they didn't, but didn't tell him that), the cashier was talking very audibly with the kitchen staff, and they were both seemingly mocking him for asking that question since it is so fast to prepare the sandwiches. We were both standing right there and could hear their dismissive and mocking tone. It was awkward. I was next. Got my food, but customer service, while fine for Burger King, wouldn't be what you'd expect at Chick-fil-A. I mean, it's fine. No body died or anything. Just surprising.
