I was given the wrong order. They didn’t remember my name when I went to go pick it up so I had to wait even longer to get my food and my two drinks were both flat. It tasted like I ordered a water instead of a Sprite.

I just left this restaurant with a bowl of soup and side salad, the lid wasn't properly put on the soup and it wasred in my car and purse!!!!!!!!!!! I'm NOT HAPPY

Ordered online when I got there I was repeatedly blown off and told they didn't have an order for me, when I showed them the email confirmation I was told they failed to check in the order. Two workers were dismissive and act as if I was annoying them by asking for food I paid for. When I spoke with the manager he seemed clueless. Will not return to this location. Customer Service training needed ASAP

The girl who attended us was very kind, but the kitchen staff instead of doing their job well seems to be hanging out, Behind me there was a big line waiting and they with their desperate slowness, At my order it lacks ketchup, coffee cream (three coffees) sugar and something to stir the coffee!

The service left something to be desired, I had a problem with a hand injury and asked if they could put sweetener and cream in my coffee because my hands were not steady and I was afraid I would spill it. But they said they couldn't. No compassion at all
I finally tried their breakfast recently and got the chicken minis, sausage egg and cheese muffin and hash rounds. Everything was pretty tasty and the muffin sandwich was very close to its equivalent at the Arches. And of course the service was stellar.

Food was good. Went through the drive-through at about 17:30 and it was super quick less than 10 minutes for ordering and by the time I got my food. The people was super friendly and joyful. It’s really nice to see a smiling face after a long day at work.
Parking: Pretty easy to get into and there was plenty of parking spots available and I was there at about 5:30 PM
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide open areas for easy wheelchair accessibility
Me and my kids went to this location last night and i asked the girl who took my payment could we swap the toy for ice cream on the kids meal and she said yes. We did it when i worked on chenal. So she told the 2 young girls who were handing out the food and they looked at me crazy and got an attitude! The girl handed me the icecream and nobody said thank you at all! The girl had dreads and the other young lady was very skinny and they were very young! Had the worst attitudes!
