The customer service was great when I picked up my food the man working the counter was so friendly. They didn't have the pink lemonade anymore but I was so happy with the new drink selection of Kool aid it was so the best I've ever had. I came from Conway and the Chicken was amazing as always. I'll be back.

OMG!!!!! The lemon pepper, hot wings are the bomb and french fries are delicious… I had the poor man special, which comes with six wings, french fries, and a drink… The drink was a concoction… Lol… One of the workers mixed another drink with the pink lemonade. It was delicious!!! I loved my food, and I will definitely be coming back.

Ordered honey mustard wings for the super bowl got them home and they were coated in buffalo sauce so hot that they could not be eaten. Called and asked to speak with the manager Bill Walker at the Little Rock location. He was not in however he could be heard in the background. Would not refund the money for the order nor would they issue a credit for the purchase. Check your order before you leave.

I ordered a 50 piece meal to go. I had feathers still on the wings with sauce. Maybe they left them on there so I could floss or pick my teeth. I don’t know. I called they told me to hold on. They hung up on me after I said I ordered the 50 piece. I want to support black business owners, but the customer service needs to be better. That’s why your business may not be thriving. I know I’m the only one that’s experienced this. In order for a business to succeed, you have to good quality. Word of mouth is everything and essential.

I called my food in at 7:30pm. 15 later, I picked up my food. I was greeted with a warm welcome. The woman at the front counter gave me know trouble at all. I looked at my togo order after paying for it, and the food looked lovely and smelled marvelous. When I finally made it home, I sat down and took my first bit. The chicken was extremely tough to eat and swallow. I didn't enjoy my meal. It was a waste. Great customer service but the food needs to match the service energy. ~Peanut~

I've eaten here several times, and it's become one of my top 3 favorite places to eat. The wings are some of the best in existence and the service is great as well. It doesn't have a fancy atmosphere, sports bar vibe, or any of that, but it's got everything I want. Overall just such a good experience. So much better than the chain wing places (Buffalo Wild Wings, etc). If chicken wings are your thing, this place will treat you right.

This is my first time going at night and there is a BIG difference, chicken was subpar, it was cold and had very LITTLE sauce or seasoning and I only got 8 tiny wings out of the 10 piece I ordered. If ordering at night, check your order before you leave.

I ordered two times over the phone and both times my order was wrong. I ordered a honey mustard and lemon pepper. Both were honey mustard. Then i ordered honey mustard and hot , both were honey mustard again. this is not okay paying $30 when my order is continously messed up. and the drink size isnt even reasonable !
