Great place to stop if you are waiting in a flight. Good drink selection, love the chips & salsa and yummy burgers. Loved the mushroom and Swiss. Directly across from gate 6.

Most incompetent cooks i have ever experienced at a Chili's. Never got my food because apparently the morons in back can't cook fajitas in less than 30min, but they can cook everything else for people that came in 20min after me. Wow, how the hell do you stay in business being this incompetent!

Hours state they are open until 9, I showed up before 7PM for dinner before my flight and was turned away due to them being closed. Unreliable hours, good luck

Had a huge delay to Houston on 11.11.24, walked up for a darn sprite at 8:27pm and the lady told me… I’m sorry we’re closed. Clearly the website states close at 9pm. United airlines issued us a voucher but please note the stores won’t accept these in Little Rock and chilis close early!!! Ridiculous

You have to go thru airport security.

This restaurant was clean, well taken care of, a not overpopulated yet also busy. Unfortunately though the credit has to go to 1 SINGLE WAITER named John! He was phenomenal. He was able to go to table to table to either cleaning up, taking orders, or serving food. It’s ridiculous the 1 SERVER! Was carrying all the weight for a table of 5, and we almost missed our flight! John though was an absolute backbone for this restaurants consistent flow. Thank you John for carrying a lazy management team while being under appreciated.

Derek and Lexi were so AWESOME today. He made time to ensure I was able to see Olympics from my seat. Lexi was so great at popping by to chat as well when she wasn't with a customer. It had been a really long work day, and I'm headed home. I SUPER APPRECIATED the comfort level and being treated like a long lost friend versus "just a another traveler." Mahalo and ALOHA!

I specifically told the waitress to bring my wife’s scrabbled eggs well done and dry. She brought plate just the way it was given to her. Looks like the grill had not been cleaned in a while. Toast was also dirty. Management needs to check on cook to ensure griddle is clean. Passengers don’t have time to correct plate. Get it done right. The waitress needs to ensure plate is exactly how ordered not the cooks fault.

Took 40mins for the steak fajitas and kids Mac n cheese to arrive. Out of Kraft so they made white cheddar macaroni that was watery white cheese with a baby portion of noodles thrown in, when we asked for a big bowl of only Mac and cheese. Steak fajitas were cold and I had 3 pieces of steak for 2 fajitas and 2 pieces for the last tortilla. Picture is deceiving because you’d think you’re getting a pretty good sized steak for the $24 you’re spending. I had 8 small slices. Rice was overcooked and tasted like beans. This was probably the worst chilis experience I’ve ever had. Definitely don’t recommend paying for these overpriced meals. Fries were good though. Kind of hard to mess that up. On a Sunday afternoon we should’ve gone with Burger King.

Wandered around trying to figure out how to get seated or order. No one was at the to go booth (apparently they do not staff it) and no hostess was present so I walked up to the bar and was ignored. Finally, I tried to placed a to go order at which time I was directed back into the hallway to find a QR posted on the wall. Had to leave for my flight before my food arrived. Can't review the food quality really because I never got any.
