Nice, clean restaurant with excellent decor. Staff was welcoming and cordial with just the right sense of urgency. Altogether good energy from all the above. The diners seemed to give off a happy and comfortable vibe. This was a refreshing change from the marginally tidy dining rooms with disengaged, even surly, staff.

Warm, inviting atmosphere surrounded by a friendly bar and tvs around the restaurant to keep up with college football as one travels during a rainy Saturday. There were friendly servers that provided food the quickest I have ever been served. Very clean restaurant. A good place to rest and eat.

The manager Sarah working is completely inept! I patiently waited in the pickup area and was passed (ignored) by several people (including her) several times! I eventually had to flag her down and ask for my order (twice)! She brought it out and put it down, without so much as an “ I’m sorry “ or “I apologize”. I asked why so many people just passed me by, and she stayed silent and walked off! WHAT A SORRY EXCUSE FOR A “MANAGER”! So, I definitely called her what she acted like! The service, food, and entire experience was less than subpar! I’ve tried to support Chili’s because it’s within a few miles of my home, and I support all businesses in my area. However, this was the last straw! You will never get my business again with ratchet employees like you have now! That “manager” is trash!
