This place never gets your take out order correct.

30+ minute wait for our food after ordering with only 2 or 3 other guests in the entire restaurant. While we watched one seemingly ill or intoxicated employee knock over things, then lay on the bench near entrance until departure. Another server rudely stated they dropped our food in the kitchen and had to remake it with no apology or compensation offer.Only to bring the completely wrong order that we accepted - to go just to get out of there after such poor customer service...

Went today to order a chicken alfredo and it was omg delicious and very well presented. I hadn’t been in a while it was quite different from the last time i went, not sure if they are under new management, but whatever has taken place please keep it up!! I will come every week if the food keeps coming like this

This was our 2nd visit at this location - both times we went for late afternoon (pre-rush) drinks and apps - as we wanted to give it another shot after our first visit was disappointing, but it’s officially on our DNR list.

The biggest and most glaring problem - both times - is the cleanliness of the restaurant. There was trash and food crumbs littered across the floor (under tables, in the aisles, under the bar chairs), dirty tables everywhere, and we could hear our feet sticking to the floor when we walked. The visit prior to this one, there was feces smeared in the men’s bathroom, and we made our server (the bartender) aware, but we never saw anyone go in the restroom to clean it; instead, multiple people walked out disgusted and talking about it.
We sat at the bar, and the service was prompt and friendly, but the first 3 things we ordered drink-wise weren’t available because the bartender said they were waiting on their delivery and “out of a lot of beer and liquor”. Then, the first beer we successfully ordered was half full because our server said they ran out so “it’s on the house”.

We’d love to love it here, if for nothing else than the location and the friendly service, but we wouldn’t return due to the cleanliness alone. It’s hard to get past that to even discuss any other aspects.

Ahhh Yooo its your boy Back with another Review and I came and love the atmosphere and the vibe my server David (he got a slick back haircut) had amazing customer service
I got the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas and my friend got the shrimp Alfredo pasta I recommend this place to come and eat and it was clean and Food was amazing

The servers are always wonderful here, but unfortunately everything else is a miss. I've tried to give this place a chance multiple times- and each time it's been a let down.

It's unacceptable to wait almost an hour for JUST an appetizer. It's even more unacceptable to wait even longer to receive a simple hamburger... My server kept having to apologize to me for the wait! Why should she? It's not her fault that the cooks here still haven't figured out how to finish an order in a timely manner! It's been like this each time.

Not to mention the cleanliness issue with a lot of the tables, either. And don't bother talking with management about any issues you faced with your dining experience, because he'll just give you a weird attitude and talk down to you... Sorry for being a paying customer, I guess.

I had the 3 For Me deal yesterday and tried the Big QP Burger. It looks like a McD's quarter pounder but didn't taste anything like one. Honestly I like the McD burger better. The fries and salad were fine. I will say the service was excellent with the server making frequent checks on my well-being. It's a really good deal, I just wish their burgers were better.

I love Chili's food. But the service at this location tends to be pretty terrible. Last time I went, I stood just inside the front doors with some other people, and even more folks coming in. We all stood there several minutes. Waiters would glance over at us, but never said a word. No one acknowledged we were waiting, so eventually I left and went elsewhere. I've had one or two times with decent service, but almost always, it's really not good, and you wait forever to be seated and for the food. I think I'm finally giving up on this location, which breaks my heart, because I used to eat Chili's several times a week. Times are changing I suppose.

The service was great, it fantastic that I as an celiac can still get a tasty burger here. Sadly the fries had been on the colder side, but I was so hungry I didn't want to cause a fuzz.
The service was really great, the gentleman was really attentive and helpful.

So last week my daughter went to chilis pine bluff. She ordered a drink, and triple dippers. When she got her drink it had a hair in it. She called the waitress over and told her about the hair asked for her to remake it. The waitress says sure I will get you another glass. She then proceeds to the bar, pours the same drink into another glass, and brings it back to my daughter. So after close inspection my daughter calls her back over bc the hair is still there. So the waitress looks and pulls the hair out of the drink saying idk where these are coming from and hands the drink back to my daughter expecting her to drink it!!!! My daughter says ummmm, no you keep this and take it off my ticket. Then when her entree comes she takes the top bun off of the big mouth bite, and there is a bite taken out of the patty!!! People please inspect food and drinks at chilis pine bluff if you choose to eat there. They made her pay for her food with no comp whatsoever. I wish she would've called me while she was there but I'm just hearing about this.

Disappointing Experience – Chili’s West Markham, Little Rock

My mom and I visited this Chili’s location and were very disappointed. I’m a clean eater and had planned to order from the lighter side of the menu, but none of the options were available — no Caesar salad, no chili, and not even queso.

My mom ordered nachos, but they were out of queso, so she asked for ranch instead. The food was mediocre, and the staff were rude and dismissive when we asked about the missing items. Their attitude made the experience even worse.

I ended up settling for an overpriced bowl of soup and left still hungry — it felt like I’d only eaten a snack. This location clearly has issues with inventory and customer service. I hope management addresses these problems, but we won’t be returning.

Subject: Formal Complaint – Disrespectful Response and Poor Service at Chili’s West Markham, Little Rock

Dear Chili’s Corporate Team,

I am writing to formally report a disappointing and unprofessional experience at your West Markham location in Little Rock, Arkansas. My mother and I visited recently and were met with both poor service and a lack of available menu items.

As a clean eater, I had planned to order from the lighter side of the menu, but none of those options were available — no Caesar salad, no chili, and not even queso. My mother ordered nachos and was told queso was unavailable, so she asked for ranch instead. The food was mediocre, and the staff were dismissive and rude when we asked simple questions about the missing items. I ended up settling for an overpriced bowl of soup and left still hungry, feeling as though I had only eaten a snack.

When I left an honest review about our experience, the response I received from the location’s owner was disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue with understanding or accountability, the tone was defensive and dismissive — not what I would expect from a brand known for customer service.

I am asking that this matter be reviewed and that the appropriate action be taken regarding both the poor in-store experience and the owner’s response. Chili’s has always been a trusted name for casual dining, but this visit and follow-up have left a lasting negative impression.
