I went to this place for the first time on a Saturday at around 4pm, and it was dead. I normally go to the one in Benton, which is always lively. After ordering food for two, I waited for the chips and salsa that never came. When I asked about it, I was told that they don't do that. I have never been to one that didn't, so I did some research and learned that rewards members were given this. She didn't ask if I was a member. The other ones don't either; they just bring it to the table. The server was very slow in bringing the order for so few customers. When she did bring it, I asked for to go boxes because the atmosphere, no chips and salsa, and her attitude made the dining dull! I will avoid this location in the future. The two dollar tip is so that you will remember me.

This was a mood changing experience. I eat at Chili’s regularly in different states and different cities as I travel for work and never have I had my food arrive at the table so fresh and hot, I couldn’t eat it until it cooled. My server, Kyla with her amazing nails is absolutely fantastic. She came to take my order as soon as I sat down, checked on me once my food had arrived to make sure I had everything I wanted and even tried to refill my drink before it was halfway gone. This is definitely been my best experience with Chili’s by far and I will be coming back to this location every time I’m in town. Fantastic food, Fantastic employees, and a one-of-a-kind experience At a place we’ve all been before. 12 out of 10 for sure.

You can’t beat chilis for a quick lunch but definitely could have a better atmosphere. The older woman working the take out was super nice but clearly busy on the phone. I watched four other employees walk past, including a manager, yet no one could take 2 seconds to greet a guest.
If they would have busy, I could understand but I guess customer service is out the window.
Great spot we stopped at visiting family. Staff was incredibly friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious and we got fajitas and queso 😋 would definitely recommend going here.

We got there right after they opened. We were met with the doors held open for us to enter and friendly greetings from the workers. We explained that we were three high school friends getting together, and we might be there a while if that wouldn't be a problem. They said it wouldn't. We ordered and visited. I ordered what I almost always get, the Triple Dipper, with the burger bites, boneless wings, and Southwest rolls. I wasn't disappointed! We just kept visiting, and Bralyn, our server, kept us supplied with our colas! After a while, I ordered a molten chocolate cake with 3 spoons. Thankfully, for us, they weren't very busy yet, so we ended up sitting there for about 4 hours! All the while, the workers continued to be just as friendly as could be. The food was great, the hospitality was great, and our visit was great! **One classmate lives in LR, but I'm handicapped and can't get into her home, or we'd have done most of our visiting there.

As someone who normally frequents the Jacksonville chilis the one is a CLOSE SECOND. While they both do an absolutely phenomenal job from amazing service and quick delicious food. The Jacksonville chilis is just better. Although if I’m in the area I’ll stop at this one!
