I tried desperately to get a manager on the phone so that I could let them know my issues, but it is impossible to speak to anyone with the system they have set up. So here I am.

This chipotle was so dirty that we had to walk out. I watched a kid keep the same gloves on and just put his hands all in people's bowls and the cheese and then shove his hand all in the lettuce. His fingers were covered in meat grease. There was cheese and food bits thrown everywhere.....even on the customer side of the register. There was so much cross contamination that it was not safe for anyone that isn't a die hard carnivore!!

Get rid of the music!

Food was nice and hot, portion sizing was very large, and everything seemed fresh, even at 9:30 at night.

By far the SLOWEST store I’ve been to. The one girl working the line was doing everything. Making orders, bagging items, running the register. Meanwhile at least 5 other employees were just lounging around watching and making no effort to help her. Thus, a simple order with a line of 6 people took almost 30 minutes to complete. I felt bad for this lady, she was working so hard and serving with a smile while all her coworkers just watched and scrolled. 5 stars for her, -5 stars for everyone else.

Music was BLASTING. Maybe it keeps everyone awake for their shift. But way too loud to sit and be able to hear a single word someone would say across the table.

Store was clean! Looked good smelled good. Parking was easy.

Where to start. My wife wait almost 10 minutes to even be served and it wasn’t even close to busy, then tables were all filthy. I literally had to clean my own table. This is the standard you hold your restaurant and employees to? Won’t be surprised if health inspector shows up because I will be making a call to them as well as a report to bbb

This is hands down the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Whether you mobile order or at the counter the service is great, the portions are reasonable to large, and everything is ready on time. Even catering services are incredible. The owner himself prepared our order and took the time to check the list of items with us to make sure nothing was missing. 5 stars!!

Don't know much about the food since I didn't get to eat. To the manager who watched me stand in the long line and then refuse to take my order. I did not know that some items had to be ordered by phone, but the manager could okay the order if he wants to. Today he didn't, and I left without anything to eat. The place was not that busy ,yet you chose not to give me a break! Thanks

I ordered from the University location, and I'm not sure why I keep going back. They are frequently out of items, and when I order online, it’s rarely ready when expected. I received a notification that my order was ready, but when I arrived, I still had to wait over ten minutes. On another occasion, my order was sitting on the counter, even though I had mentioned the name on my order. When they finally handed it to me, I was so frustrated that my eyes went wide. This is just a waste of people's time. I understand why more people are choosing food trucks in the surrounding areas. I would love to see a food truck in this area to see if it would improve the situation with increased competition.
