Food was nice and hot, portion sizing was very large, and everything seemed fresh, even at 9:30 at night.

By far the SLOWEST store I’ve been to. The one girl working the line was doing everything. Making orders, bagging items, running the register. Meanwhile at least 5 other employees were just lounging around watching and making no effort to help her. Thus, a simple order with a line of 6 people took almost 30 minutes to complete. This is hands down the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Whether you mobile order or at the counter the service is great, the portions are reasonable to large, and everything is ready on time. Even catering services are incredible. The owner himself prepared our order and took the time to check the list of items with us to make sure nothing was missing. 5 stars!!

Ordered through Postmates, and the driver stole my food. I live really close, so I went up to the store to straighten it out. The closing manager (Ray, I think?) was beyond helpful and accommodating in making things right. The whole closing crew were all wonderful, and the food as usual was yummy.
