We had great experience in that particular location, food was good. Their service was very good.

Vegetarian options: You can have every dish without meat or chicken. So, as vegetarian I am comfortable to eat at chipotle.

This is usually my go to because it's fresh all the time
And I'm a regular and I get treated well
Last night went in at 1040 and asked for a a bowl and fresh vegetables since they were out I asked would they be making any more vegetables and they said no I said I wanted to have some of my bowl The young man said that their grill guy was gone for the night and they will not be cooking anything else they say it that the grill was usually shut down at 10:00 well the store closes at 11:00 not sure why the grill will be shut down at 10:00 so I expressed that I don't believe that that was true and I left to go to another location to get my bowl that location was disastrous as well

Vibe was super positive when I walked in and the music was diverse which I absolutely loved...friendly staff...awesome management as well...Shout out to miss Wendy....ur doing an excellent job ❤️❤️❤️

Rude staff. How you are you gonna look at me dirty and make a face because you can’t hear me but have headphones in? There was no line but my whole order was so rushed that the chicken flew out the pan. Store is also really dirty too.

Worst customer service i’ve experienced in my life. Ordered food and a drink, went to the fountain machine, and realized after pushing for about 15 seconds that it was empty. I asked the employee who checked me out if there was any ice to fill the machine up. He replied “no ice.” Would’ve been nice to have known that prior to paying for a large drink. What a prick

What happened to Chipotle? $14 for a simple burrito bowl with no drink or extras. Received a small, sad, less than half of scoop of meat. Asked for a bit more and manager came over and said they’d have to charge me for it, I said no thanks. Others here have mentioned Cantrell location rationing down their portions… sad times as I remember when Chipotle used to load you up. That’s what made it great!

Cantrell Chipotle… i asked for fresh cheese and he said itll be a minute because she’s washing dishes. Then i asked for vegetables and he was about to give me the bottom of the barrel. Thank goodness the griller told him hold off so he can give me fresh vegetables. I made my bowl and was bout to check out….THE FIRST GUY brought out fresh cheese!!! Then as I was about to pay I see a brown roach crawl along the glass pane where the food is. I said so you brought out fresh cheese right when im done ordering AND yall got roaches???!!! I asked them to remake my bowl and they said they can put the fresh new ingredients on the side. Terrible service from one employee made me lose my appetite AND I NEVER LOSE MY APPETITE. Cantrell CHIPOTLE get some pest control and weed out that bad apple. White guy (not racist) on the late shift and was NOT the griller 9/26/2024. Went to the chipotle on university ave and they gave me my whole order re made for free.

Visited the chipotle Cantrell location 09/26/24 service was horrible they tried serving old food with old ingredients. when i asked for fresh ingredients I was met wit major resistance from 1 employee there was even a roach and after all the confusion the employee mixed the old ingredients with new ingredients. My wife asked for a new bowl with fresh ingredients and they offered the fresh ingredients on the side. I paid for the food and went to get it remade for free at the university Ave location.

No utensils used during meal prep to grab lettuce or cheese. The same gloved hand that touched money and the register was back touching food. Needless to say, we are not feeling too good today. Please do better and train your employees
