Food tastes bland, isnt really any sort of spark to it. Though thats sorta what happens when you eat fast food. Chipoltes I've had years ago used to taste and look closer to a restaurant. But i supposed that isnt in their budget anymore. Unfortunately they wont be in my budget going forward either. Later chipotle, i hope you find out how to make tastey food that doesnt just bring your ceo's profits. Peace out

I ordered a chicken burrito with black beans, rice, salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. My husband ordered a burrito bowl with double meat and a wrap in the side. We shared chips and queso. The food prep area was not clean, ingredients spilled across the counter and not wiped up so as food was slid down the counter, the foil or, as in the case of the woman in front of me, the wrap came into contact with spilled ingredients. The workers were friendly, the time was around 7:15pm. There was no one eating IN the restaurant, about 4 ahead of us in line when we arrived. I counted 5 workers.

The restaurant and tables were absolutely disgusting. Not a single table was clean. Ever single table had food bits on it. There was food on the floor, everywhere. (Not Texas Toadhouse peanuts kinda everywhere, but bits of cheese and lettuce and burrito pieces) my husband took a napkin and brushed off a table so we could sit and eat. I was appalled at the condition of the restaurant. I currently work in food service and found it disappointing that one of the workers didn’t feel a need to clean tables. I almost took pictures to send to the manager, but then I wondered if they would even care. I was embarrassed and it’s not my restaurant! I figured I would leave a Google review. The food is yummy, for sure, but take it to go. Or go somewhere else - if they take that little pride in the cleanliness of their restaurant, what does that say about the food prep? I’ll give them another shot, but this time I’ll take pictures.

Got barely any food and it was honestly cold and didn’t taste that good. Really disappointed. I wasted money on this purchase. Paid 41$ for 3 bowls and got barely any food.

I’m not sure why but every time I come to this specific chipotle they never actually add a whole scoop of meat. It is almost always mainly rice than anything else. I prefer the chipotle on Chenal. The portions in Chenal are more even. I just don’t understand why they add more rice than anything else. Waste of money plus they are bit more expensive on this side of town too. Chenals is cheaper and better portions.

This location has allowed my pick up order to be stolen multiple times and they just shrug their shoulders. I’ve left mule reviews and I feel as though they are trying to get me to leave so they’ve either gotten my order COMPLETELY wrong or they’ve just allowed someone to take it without confirmation. I even has someone eating my burrito when I walked in. When they noticed they literally ran to their car. I deserve respect and I spend my money so I expect my food at minimum. No employee should ever be allowed to purposely dictate who comes in the store. I’ve had to miss half of my lunch just to find a replacement meal. This location is absolute trash

The food was fine, good, not great, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. When I walked up to the counter, the employee was on her phone and didn’t acknowledge me for a solid two minutes. Not a huge deal, but definitely not the kind of service you expect at this price point.

Speaking of price, I paid $18 for a steak bowl with queso and a drink. That’s pretty steep. For just a few bucks more, I could’ve gone to Chili’s and gotten two meals with better service and a more satisfying experience.

Chipotle used to feel like a solid value, but lately it’s been slipping, both in service and price-to-quality ratio.
