Chipotle is one of my go-to spot for lunch whenever I’m working out of town, and this one in West Little Rock didn’t disappoint. This time, I decided to try their brisket for the first time, and I loved it! I always get a burrito bowl, and the flavors blended perfectly with all the fresh ingredients.

The service wasn’t as fast as I’m used to but it was friendly. If you’re a fan of Chipotle and haven’t tried the brisket yet, I definitely recommend giving it a shot!

Not bad most of the time. Portions are pretty bad on delivery and pickup but if you go in you get an actual bowl.

Feels like in the last 30 days since the CEO left there has been a concerted effort to be more generous, season the food appropriately, etc. Feels good to see chipotle going back to what it was 5 years ago and trying to earn customers.

The food at this location is always mediocre at best but due to its location I sometimes come here out of sheer convenience but today I have officially decided to never come here again. There is no instance where it is ok for a store FULL of employees and no other customers to ignore me when I walk in. A simple “I will be with you in a second” is sufficient but I do not spend money where I feel disrespected so I will never be back.

Today I went in to grab a bowl…it was 2:50, it’s 4 th of July so they were closing at 3….ok, I get it, but….
I was waiting in line for the 2 gentlemen to check out and as I walk up to employee to order. She let me know that they were closed.
I literally was in line, food was in canisters and on the line & they were bagging up the order for the customers in front of me.
I asked if I could go ahead & just get a quick bowl…..nope said they were closed. It was now 2:54…
Not sure if it’s humanity or just the disrespect of young adults in the work force but….sad!
