The old lady behind the register was rude. While we waited to be seated she
sat in the chair and played on her phone. Then she stood behind the register without saying a word. I had to ask her were we suppose to go to seat ourselves or were we supposed to order like takeout. She told us we had to order like we were doing takeout. The next couple (that was of a different race)she treated them like they were in a real restaurant. She led to their chair and continued to take their order. We thought we were in a real restaurant. The next problem I had with her I asked for a bag to put my food in she took some keys out of a bag and handed the bag to me. I left the bag there. She treated us like we were not paying customers. The food is good but it is not worth returning for this type of treatment. We came around 1 on June 10, 2025. She needs to do better!!

Chi's Chinese Cuisine has officially become our go-to for Chinese food in Little Rock, and I cannot stop raving about it! My boyfriend introduced me to this gem of a place recently, and we’ve already ordered takeout from there twice this week—that’s how good it is!
His go-to order is the Kung Pao Triple Delight with fried rice and two egg rolls—a perfect combo of flavor, spice, and variety. He swears by it and now I see why! Everything was cooked to perfection, and the portions were more than generous.
The first time we ordered, I went with the Pineapple Fried Rice with Chicken, and let me tell you—WOW. It was absolutely fantastic. The sweetness of the pineapple paired with the savory chicken and perfectly seasoned rice made it unforgettable. I was hooked after the first bite.
Then last night, we gave in to the craving again and ordered takeout for the second time. I switched it up and got the Chicken Lo Mein because I was seriously in the mood for noodles. And oh. my. gosh. It BLEW ME AWAY. The noodles were silky and flavorful, the chicken was tender, and the whole dish was just packed with deliciousness. It was exactly what I didn’t know I needed!
To top it all off, we experienced something totally unexpected and kind of magical—we got identical fortunes in our fortune cookies! Neither of us have ever had that happen before, and we just sat there laughing in disbelief. It was such a sweet and surprising little moment that made the meal even more memorable.
Seriously, Chi’s is a must-try. Incredible food, great portions, and quick service. We’re officially fans for life!

It was my first time trying and my grandma and grandpa usually come most time . She felt like the pork fried rice was not like the way they used make it might be chef changed . My grandpa had lemon chicken was good and he loved egg roll . My veg noodles was okay ,but no favour . Service was very nice the lady treat us very nicely . We will still give a try again .

I had a good experience while there. The servers were nice and the food was fast. I got the shrimp lo mein noodles and also had some spring rolls (shared with the table). I ended up with food poisoning and had to go to the ER because I’m 35wks pregnant and got really dehydrated. Definitely won’t be back.

Terrible Two meals for take out for $45 The absolute worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Egg rolls taste frozen. Hunan Chicken had zero flavor. You shouldn’t have to add salt to Chinese food … don’t waste your time or money
This has been my go-to place for years! I love the chicken lo mein and sesame chicken. I have dined in a couple of times but mostly get takeout. I have always had pleasant experiences dining in though. It's also right next to work which is a plus!
