This is one of the cleanest locations I've been to in a long time. All of the games worked, it was well lit, & the salad bar was stocked with fresh veggies/toppings. Chuck-E himself even came out and made my granddaughter's night! Great experience!

By far the WORST Chunk E. Cheese I’ve ever been to! From the service, to the food, and even drinks are disgustung!! Even management blurted out smart remarks when I addressed my issues. NEVER again!!

If you want to do a birthday party, I do not recommend this establishment for the “party packages” just bring your kids and let them play-if that at all. Save yourself money and a headache. I thought it was a better deal to do the upgraded birthday package- it is not. The food was horrible especially for $20 for a large pizza? It was worse than cardboard!! It was hard bread pretty much with a little layer of cheese. Somehow the kids liked it. The staff member assigned to be our party guide was barely there and kept disappearing and seemed unsure of what to do(we paid for the party leader) it seemed like the crew at the front desk were unsure and disorganized besides the kind lady making sure we all had the same stamp.(to keep our kids safe on the way out) I tried asking for help several times and was vocally told to redirect to our leader but was unable to locate him on multiple occasions. If you’re looking for a place with space or a room to have your party- look else where. There is only 2 tables and other parties are also clumped in the same area. I guess my kids had fun playing games though. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The girl who took my order was rude....no other way to say that!! I paid 15.00 for a salad and a glass of water and the salad bar was just plain awful. The lettuce was brown and everything else on the bar had obviously been sitting out all day. I usually love their salad bar....but I doubt I will ever get it again. When I picked up a boiled egg.....a line of slime followed the egg.....so gross!! They didn't have much variety on the bar either...they used to offer so much more.
