We love Chuck E. Cheese we're really impressed with the latest update. Staff has always been warm and welcoming! Very clean environment. Foods wonderful so many choices to choose from. The games are always running with no issues. They make birthday parties flow so smoothly! The new play area includes obstacle course with 2 slides,and a trampoline set next to it. Can't wait to come back!

The staff was not very welcoming especially the white bald guy who’s standing at the trampoline area, hes talking to kid with a mean and terrible attitude. How can someone work at a place for kids and act so mean toward them? It really shocked me.

D helped to make our party great. He was right there with everything we needed. Pizza was better than I expected. Games were fun. My kids had a blast.

We had a birthday party here for my 6 year old. The kids had a great time.Although they’ve added a trampoline that’s not included in birthday package. I wish I knew ahead of time because everyone wanted to jump and was kicked out by employees if you didn’t have socks or wristband. Our bands for arcade play wasn’t activated until 30min into birthday party!! The food came out right when kids started playing games and I wasn’t informed about it. I did all the cleaning throughout the party. They didn’t have utensils ready nor did they have a lighter for the cake. Total disappointment. Chuck E Cheese didn’t even give attention to my daughter who was the birthday girl but was sure to give the other kids who weren’t part of our party hugs and attention. The total for this party was $361 and I had to give the host a tip because that’s just what you do. Even though the service was horrible, I don’t blame her I feel like it was managements fault. They could’ve stepped in and helped her. This will be our last party.

Not clean at all. The bathroom is nasty, outside is dirty. Trash everywhere. Inside and outside there is a lot of trash. The people that work there are not responsible.. The girl in the front gave her friend free points.
