Our host sameria she hosted us a few days ago and she was awful.she had a horrible attitude and made my child’s birthday unbearable with a terrible attitude. And she hardly sung happy birthday to my child and it was just all around terrible and she didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and she was rude and made it seem like we forced her to be there and at first I wasn’t gonna do a nasty review but the fact that I had to make my child another birthday because they were in a bad mood about their birthday so we had to do another birthday which costed more money I would hope she gets what she deserves for the horrible attitude she had on my child’s birthday
Took my grandchildren, they had a great time. Staff were terrific, Play area very clean.

It is definitely an outdated concept. It felt to much like they were trying to rebrand themselves as a Dave & Busters without putting in all the money for the games and attractions.

Reduced, reorganized, and reinvented is what they did. It's not perfect but I can't complain. Food was hot, most games worked, and they kept the vibe going for the kids. My kids enjoyed themselves, and everything was clean. My only complaint is that they were short staffed (at least it seemed that way). The staff held it down though.

Go during the week (M - F), less crowded. Fun place and they have a jump zone.

Overall it was worth it. My youngest had never been and I was impressed by some new upgrades, or new to me at least. The front staff wasn't really cheerful or smiley, but they weren't rude either. Yes, the food is a little overpriced, but for a 1 topping pizza and 2 drinks it really wasn't too bad. My daughter had a blast, we will definitely be back. I like this location better than the one in NLR.

This is one of the cleanest locations I've been to in a long time. All of the games worked, it was well lit, & the salad bar was stocked with fresh veggies/toppings. Chuck-E himself even came out and made my granddaughter's night! Great experience!

Very bad experience. No kids should go with parents. Waste of money and time. Food is worst and service was the worst of my life time.

Its Chuck E Cheese, you either love it or hate it. Wasn't too busy this time so there weren't many loud kids running around. Pizza was good but slightly over priced. I would come back though.
