Church's Texas Chicken

Stale chicken.

Whenever I go through my order is always wrong and for some reason they forget the salt and pepper the food is unseasoned

By far the worst location in little Rock food quality terrible customer service terrible overall experience is always terrible it's the closest to my house waited in drive thru 30 minutes for a 8 piece jalapeno bomber with only 3 cars churches please do that area a favor and shut that location down

I ordered a 12 piece family meal which included 2 large sides. I asked if everything was in the bag and I was assured it was correct. Of I I get home to feed my family, they did NOT include any of my sides, just a large side of gravy, NO biscuits NO mashed potatoes AND NOT the Xtra cole slaw I added to my order. I tried calling back 5x only to receive a recording. I had to take everything back to the restaurant. This is the SECOND time my order has been incorrect.

Great chicken taste and prices. The unfortunate thing, not only did we have an extremely long wait in ordering, but after ordering and paying for the chicken, we had to pull up to the front of the store and wait an even longer time. They cater to in-house customers rather than drive-thru customers. Someone needs to videotape this store and send it to the franchisee for better training for their employees.

I couldn't hear the lady taking my order and to make it worse, she mumbled. I received my order in 20 minutes sitting at the drive through. I did not receive silverware and the tea was spoiled. Ugh.
