Online take out order. Arrive for pick up a couple minutes after the time and get in line. Place smells like a Fish Market and out of coleslaw.

This was probably the busiest time of the evening. Staff was a little overwhelmed with the flood of orders but steady working. Service was good.

Leg and rice were great. Thigh tastes like fish grease. Have to take the box to the garbage outside at home because of the fish smell.

Normally don't bother reviewing a chain but can't get over the fish market smell. This isn't Church's Texas Catfish.

Was an absolute madhouse and they didn't have their crap together. We pre-ordered a couple hours ahead of time. Just a 16 piece Nothing drastic. I was 30 minutes late to a training with their food because it wasn't ready upon arrival and I was 15 minutes late to begin with.

Had the 10 piece delivered with two large okras. Only received one large okra.
Last time I ordered a 16 piece meal and only received 8 pieces of chicken.
These folks are terrible. Awful service.

I WENT TO CHURCH'S CHICKEN TODAY AGAIN MAY 7, 2025 ON MLK IN LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS THE MANAGER PETRICE M. WAS SO RUDE & CUSSING AT ME TALKING ABOUT SHE NOT TAKING NO DAMN DEMANDS OR SPECIAL ORDERS BECAUSE I ASKED FOR FRESH CHICKEN & MY ORKA FRIED HARD SHE SAID SHE NOT DOING IT BUT TOLD ANOTHER EMPLOYEE HE COULD CAUSE SHE NOT AS HE WAS DOING THE ORKA RE-DROP SHE STILL WALKING AROUND CUSSING TALKING ABOUT WHAT SHE NOT GOING TO DO SO ANOTHER MANAGER CAME OUT & FIXED MY ORDER WHY SHE CUSSING AND TELLING HER SHE DON'T HAVE TIME FOR NOBODY BULLSHIT I'M WONDERING WHAT KIND OF UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT DO Y'ALL HIRE CAUSE ANOTHER CUSTOMER MADE A COMMENT & TOLD ME NOT TO LET HER STILL MY JOY I EVEN OFFERED TO WAIT THE 15 MINS FOR FRESH CHICKEN NOT JUST ME BUT THE NEXT CUSTOMER ASKED FOR FRESH CHICKEN ALSO I THINK MANAGEMENT TRAINING NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED CAUSE WE AS CUSTOMERS PAYING FOR THE FOOD & THAT'S HOW THEY GET PAID SO IF A CUSTOMER ASKED FOR FRESH CHICKEN OR ANY PRODUCT NO MANAGEMENT SHOULDN'T HAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK OR CUSSING AT CUSTOMERS JUST CORRECT AN ORDER AND MOVE TO NEXT CUSTOMER AFTER U FINISH THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMER INSTEAD HAVING A BAD ATTITUDE OR BEING UNPROFESSIONAL FOR HER TITLE SHE DIDN'T KNOW IF I WAS SMART SHOPPER OR HEALTH INSPECTOR
