Great chicken taste and prices. The unfortunate thing, not only did we have an extremely long wait in ordering, but after ordering and paying for the chicken, we had to pull up to the front of the store and wait an even longer time. They cater to in-house customers rather than drive-thru customers. Someone needs to videotape this store and send it to the franchisee for better training for their employees.

I visited Church's on Barrow around 6:30 PM, 6/1/24. They were pretty busy when I got there but I patiently waited until they were able to get all the orders out so I didn't have to wait very long for my to go order. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. I could tell they really care about making sure their customers are satisfied. The young lady who waited on me had a smile on her face and was very polite as well as the gentleman who packed my order. This is the...
