This is the worst place I have ever been to the lines are outrageous, they are rude, impatient terrible customer AWFUL I HARDLY EVER LEAVE REVIEWS but today was the day. 25 mins in the longest line, just to get up there and they don’t have chicken, I offered to wait the 25 mins because I was going to be stuck in the line at least 15 to get out. She said she couldn’t ring me up or cash me out until the chicken was done, and I needed to come back around or go inside. I was stuck another 15 mins just to get out the line with no order! They never have anything and the choose the worst people to work on the inside! I drove 15 mins away to another location it was quick fast and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone and this isn’t the 1st time. It’s every time. Just throw the whole store away. I will be calling corporate this is ridiculous!

Everytime I go there they r out of the corn on the cob an coleslaw...then 11$ for a 3 piece dinner that's 2 legs an a thigh! Should include a chicken breast, leg, an thigh!
Church's Chicken is the best in town. Too bad they have no customer service or organization. We have come twice for a takeout meal to hear at the window that our coleslaw was not available. Today their is a wait for biscuits. When complaints were given to the manager we were simply glared at. How I long for a well run Churches ChickenParking: Weird and tight lot that is hard to get a truck around

Very careless of cleanliness, the restaurant needs some improvements. They did not fulfill my order as I requested. They should try to explain a little more knowing that it is your first time trying that chicken.

The food was good, but the service sucks. It took over 26 minutes to get my food, and the inside wasn't clean. There were no straws and napkins, and when you asked for some, they act like they were upset.

First of all, I ordered chicken tenders and when I opened my box I couldn’t believe it. There were 3 of the smallest tenders I’ve ever seen!! It was all crust and no meat. I also ordered a 2 piece mix and the wing was so small it looked like it came from a Cornish hen. Not to mention the food was lukewarm. Last but not least I asked the manager for my money back and I don’t think she knew how to process a refund, but she offered to make my order again only to give me the exact same thing. All the staff acted like they were all high on something or either slow. Count your days Church’s!!
