Awkward service and above average food. Was placed right next to a door to the outside patio that people were constantly opening and was letting in bursts of cold air. Not a good place for a table. service was non attentive and we had to flag another waiter after sitting for 20 min waiting to order with only water. the steak and fries were excellent and well seasoned. Love the half bottle wine list.

We called to make reservations & were told they don’t do reservations. Arrived there for dinner & was asked if we made reservations. We said “No, we were told over the phone we couldn’t”. I even saw a sign on a table that said “reserved”. Host said hour wait, took down my phone number & said she would call when a table opened. I never received a call all night. Might want to clarify over the phone if they really make reservations or not before visiting this restaurant.

My favorite go to for a special evening. The pumpkin penne was something I could not stop eating . I wanted one of everything on the menu. Lots of vegetarian options.

Definitely the nicest place I've ever eaten where we were allowed to bring the dog! The lamb was to DIE for (so tender,) as well as the curry cauliflower wedge. Khetner was an awesome server!

I have been here several times for years on date nights and for get-togethers. I love that they have a seasonal menu that keeps things interesting. If you’re hesitant about that it’s always posted on the website. It is usually less crowded and quieter than other nice options on the weekend. The only downside I’ve experienced here is the service. You have to get server’s attention for drinks and there have been a few times they were a little rude to us but nothing so egregious that I won’t be back for that yummy food!Wheelchair accessibility: Not friendly to wheelchairs-stairs, tight turns, and small spaces/aisles
This was a very nice experience. We both had the Chef’s tasting menu. All 5 courses were amazing. The service was top notch as well.

I have loved Ciao Baci for years! I love the casual, but elegant atmosphere, I love the vibe of the building, and the menu always has something that you can share with others, while also finding great entrees!

I had been looking forward to dining here for a while. What a disappointment! The appetizer sampler had very strange stuff on it, there were some crackers with beans and pecans?? Edamame, some burnt chips with chicken and blue cheese, and the saving grace was some tasty croquets? Not sure what they were. The entree was a pasta bake. Terrible! It was just dry pasta with dried up bread crumbs and maybe a little dried up cheese. The pasta was like rubber and burnt on the edges, there was no sauce, and no seasoning. I would not have let something like that leave my kitchen! I thought this was going to be an elevated dining experience, wish I could have given a better review.

Attempted to dine here for the first time, was very excited to do so. They turned us away on a Friday night with about 3/4 of the restaraunt full for seemingly no reason? It felt a bit targeted. Two well dressed young men in suits walked in ahead of us no problem? Look forward to trying to eating here again and hopefully being able to change review.

Great food but had an incredibly rude waitress (black hair, nosering and glasses). Interrupted our conversation multiple times, rolled her eyes when asking questions about the menu and openly admitted to not having tried several dishes on the menu so she couldn't tell us about them. Also refused to let us hold on to a menu after we had ordered. I wish they would place a higher emphasis on friendly service
