Horrible customer service and crazy high prices
Walked in and was not greeted. We were just stared at. There a sign that says restroom for paying customers only but, there is no sign that says they don't take store gift cards.so if you purchase a gift card at another store they will not except it. I will never return to this business. Ever. And yes I paid for my stuff. The gift card was a gift.

I have been to cold stone in many different states. The prices at this location are unacceptable. They are nearly 2x more expensive than my home state and the minimum wage is 4 dollars more where I am from compared to here.

They are an ice cream shop, basically. So if you think of TCBY, Baskin Robbins, even DippinDots--you can easily find the same thing here. Expect high prices, they are proud of their goods and they are delicious. It's a must try place for sure.They have coupons and rewards I think now so maybe cut the cost down!

I had French Vanilla ice cream with Butterfingers added. But I will not tell you how it was. This store has "Restrooms are for paying customers only" signs on the doors, which triggers an automatic 1-star review.

Visited this ice cream shop during a visit to the Little Rock area. They offer some unique flavors and many mix-in items but the ice cream is not anything special or something I am going to remember. It is good and will do if you have a sweet tooth or want a frozen dessert but there are other places I would go first myself.
Rude owner and terrible customer service. Ice cream is decent at best, but i rather drive to a TCBY instead. Won't be back.
They need a little more customer service training nobody is smiling or even acknowledging customers as they enter the store!
