I was greeted warmly immediately upon entering the store. I was given fast great service. Music was playing some of my favorite songs. There decorations were great! love this place to go get lunch and do some work. Employees are great as well!

Hadn't been to this location in years-boy had I been missing out. The food is fabulous! The staff are friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable If you're in the area make it a point to stop by. Parking can be tricky but that's the only thing.

Julie and their staff has been nothing but kindness for me even when I was suffering and down on my low they were kind many years ago when I went through something traumatic and they've always been kind and their staff is wonderful but let me tell you the sweets are wonderful I'll go there tomorrow for the Happy New Year

The reason for four instead of five stars is that my Sammy sandwich came partially cold and the egg was only on half the sandwich. I went back and got a cinnamon roll and it was delicious! My wife had a lemon filled donut that she loved as well. I would stick to pastries at this place myself.

Ordered 5 dozen cookies to be packed in 5 boxes for giveaway to local businesses last week and was told they’d be ready for pick up Monday at 2pm. I went at 7:15pm Monday and waited a while for them to find the order then was given 2 boxes when I saw the pickup slip specifically said separate into 5 boxes. The attendant was incredibly rude to me about it. I waited 20 minutes for them to repack it correctly and the girl all but threw them in my face with no apology or even a bag to put them in to take to my car. I checked them when I got home and each box was to have 6 iced and 6 uniced sugar cookies but they were packed in no order acceptable to give out to our local community so I redid them myself. My company specifically wanted to support a local business to give treats away to our colleagues but this was a very disappointing experience. Cookies are delicious, service was terrible.
I get business is business but I was only 5 minutes out and they closed in 4 minutes and I called saying if I can order over the phone. They were like they are locking the doors. I get it sure but I really wanted a pound cake for my family gathering before I headed out of time. I had them once and told my family how good it was but definitely won’t be encouraging them to come here anymore. Luckily I found another bakery that understood and accommodated me waiting for 3 extra minutes for me to arrive.

I really wanted something sweet and this was my first time coming to this establishment,but based off my interactions with a few workers today,I probably will not be back. While standing in line waiting to be served,I was skipped over a couple of times for the customers standing behind me as if I was not there. The first time it happened, I just brushed it off because I give people grace during busy times. But when everyone had been served except for me was when I felt anger, and I was going to leave at that point. Thankfully, a employee who had just clocked in saw me standing near the register and gracefully assisted me and her kindness alone was the ONLY reason why I purchased something. Customer service is really big to me and unfortunately this establishment failed at first. Maybe next time it will be better, but as of now im giving them a 1 star review.
