I was singled out in front of everyone by the manager for using my legally designated bathroom, treated like I was the unreasonable one for saying people need to mind their own business, and then repeatedly misgendered. This place used to be cool but whoever the manager is now, they're queerphobic. Not a good place for queer people.
UPDATE: Not gonna take this down because it did happen but I was able to get in contact with someone else there by being stubborn about it and they were really cool about this. Obviously nothing has happened yet, it only just got discussed like an hour or so ago, but they were respectful and genuine with their concerns and assured me that there would be appropriate follow-up. I think it'll be ok which is a relief because people just are being really clear about performative allyship that I'm used to being disappointed. This definitely DID NOT feel like that, they were engaging and understanding and even encouraging. I was not disappointed so far. Will update again.

I was just here this morning. The staff was super helpful and filled out the order exactly as asked. The breakfast croissant was scrumptious and the coffee was perfect. Will definitely come by again if I return to Little Rock.

I ordered a custom cake a week ago for a birthday party to be picked up today by 9:00 am. The cake was very expensive. When I went this morning to pick up the cake it wasn't ready. I was told to come back in 30 minutes. When I came back to pick up the cake, the staff made a mockery of me. I cannot believe that kind of unprofessional behavior. I will not patronize Community Bakery again.

I rarely write reviews, but this is the second bad experience in as many days at community bakery downtown. Yesterday, a friend of mine was not waited upon despite multiple staff members seeing her and ignoring her. She eventually left and went to another bakery. Today I placed an online order several hours before the pick up time. At pick up time I had to wait for them to prepare the order because they didn’t fulfill it, though it was ordered hours ahead of time. what’s the point of online ordering, and ordering in advance, if they’re not going to have it ready at the time of pick up that you agreed to? Service has really gone downhill.
Love this bakery i stop whenever im passing through little rock. Great people food coffee and deserts.

I went in today 19 August, to order a birthday cake. After waiting for a long time the lady asked my order. After telling her I would like to order a birthday cake she told me they don't do that after 5:00. Never mind you she didn't ask when I needed it I was rudely informed that I would not be making that order so I told him I won't be back and left

I love the vibes, and customer service is almost always great for me. But several times lately, I’ve left CB disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of baked goods. On my last visit, the cupcake I got was dry and overly sweet. It was a real bummer, because it looked delicious.
