A friend told me that you could not go wrong with anything on the menu. Although, I ordered a simple salad, it was eloquently done and the flavors so refreshing.

Stopped in while passing through Little Rock and had an outstanding experience at The Copper Grill. The food and service were both excellent — we each ordered the special, the meatloaf, and it was absolutely delicious. What truly set them apart was their customer service: I accidentally left my credit card behind, and they went above and beyond by promptly mailing it to me in Texas. That kind of honesty and professionalism is rare these days. Highly recommend — first-class all the way!

The dinner we had at the Copper Grill was outstanding! My husband had the meatloaf and I had a steak salad. Both entrees were exceptional. We were there on a Tuesday around 6ish and the place was filling up quickly. Decor was nice and service was superior.

we happened upon this restaurant a year ago just by chance and decided to dine. we were welcomed in and sat promptly. Terrence came and introduced himself and was such a burst of confidence and superb manners! we thoroughly enjoyed the meal from start to finish. a year later (on my birthday) my best friend mentioned this place as we were in the vicinity as her birthday pick (hers is in a few days). again, we were welcomed in and low and behold..Terrence was back to help us out again. we knew then that we would not regret our decision. no pictures except my birthday dessert but man...such a great experience yet again! thanks Terrence! your are a rockstar!

First time at it was great. We love their soups and the pear salad is delectable and filling with loads of walnuts. Highly recommend

TDLR: The owner is extremely rude and racist, and the food was mediocre at best. Not worth the HOUR AND A HALF we waited for it. We went last night for my friend’s birthday. We had a reservation at 7:30 for 10 people and waited an extra 30 minutes to be seated behind another large birthday group (over 10 people). That group sat 15 minutes before us, and got their food shortly after we were seated at 8. We put in our drinks order and when those came out at around 8:20, we were ready to order. We sat for over an hour waiting on food with no communication from the waitress who only came by once to check on our drinks. A couple a people in our group at that point just wanted to leave and asked if their food could be canceled. The owner came out asking what was wrong and we explained the time issue. He argued that a party our size, which was smaller than the party previously mentioned, takes time to get the food out. Then he said “this isn’t a Chili’s” to my friends, who are black and this comment came off as extremely rude and racist. He said our order wasn’t put in the system until 8:45, and it was 9:25 at that point. One of the ladies showed him her post with her drink, which she took right after it came out, had been up for an hour. At that point he finally agreed to take our other friends’ food off that wanted to leave. Food started to make it to our table, except mine. That came out about 20 minutes later. My fiancé’s onion rings were cold when they hit the table and his burger was so greasy I could see it dripping off when he picked it up. My fish was ok at best, overcooked and only saved by the side sauce. The owner offered to comp OR do free dessert. We took the comp because we didn’t want to stay longer. Even with a comp the food was not worth it. Prior to this whole incident, my fiancé and I talked about coming back on a date but we will not be back. There are several other restaurants I’d rather spend my money at than someone who is going to insult their guests, throw out racist comments, and act like the service is our fault.

Overall, outstanding experience, food and service by Hannah. However, we were GOUGED with a 3.95 split our salad plate charge and 3.70 credit card fee. Seriously! Shame on Hannah for not making us aware. Didn’t know about an additional wine tax in addition to food tax. Disappointed! We were not charged an additional bourbon tax. We expect normal taxes but all these hidden fees are out of line. Pear salad was excellent but the hidden fees ruined our experience.

Definitely don’t recommend the seafood pasta lol. Forgot how inland I was when I ordered it. Probably better off just taking it off the menu to be honest. Atmosphere was off, the style of the place is certainly aiming for modern - but the music selection of old ragtime dandies kinda undermines that. Like the same music you’d hear inside of Dairy Queen, 50’s type music. Just an unusual experience overall

Update 9/9/24: The owner called and apologized for the cake and convinced us that customer service is important at the Copper Grill. I do appreciate him following up and I retract my previous statement that the customer service is lacking. Thank you Dan for taking time to reach out.

9/3/24. Had the stuffed chicken tonight and it was delicious. Ordered a carrot cake to go and opened it when I got home. The cake was stale and dry and had a horrible freezer burn taste to it. When I called about it I was given the run around. Had a great time up to that point, but the dessert and the lack of care about the money I spent on mess ruined it all. Tonight was my first and probably last time at the copper grill. I do not recommend places with bad customer service. Go to Cypress Social they stand behind what they serve.

Cooper Grill is a very nice establishment! Nice upscale restaurant with a favorable price range. Ahi TUNA steak strips as an appetizer started us off alongside some very yummy onion rings! Both were top-notch! For the main course, I had the blackened red fish paired with a spinach mushrrom side that was out of this world! Great service by all the wait staff. My friends said the drinks were excellent! This is more than worth the trouble!

Great food and drinks! We got the Ahi and the Salmon dishes as well as a few cocktails and everything was amazing! And the cheesecake was just the perfect dessert!
