I have used them for holiday cakes for a couple of years, and loved their cakes!, so today my daughter and I went by (rushed after work) to place an order for a cake! The cake isn’t needed for 5 more weeks. It was for my granddaughters birthday. They wouldn’t take our order! “We don’t take orders on Fridays”! They are too busy on Fridays (to take an order)! So we said we could come next week what day would be good? well, they also aren’t taking orders next week because they will be too busy with Valentine’s Day. So all week they can’t make time to take our order just to write down what we want (and we had pictures.)She also reminded us that the cake we had in mind was probably a $400 cake….. the time she spent with us I believe she could’ve taken her order. I have found someone else to do the cake and it isn’t costing $400. It just seemed like they did not want our business. I’m not sure why? we were very polite, came from work, my daughter is a nurse and rushed from her job to get this done. It was overall a very confusing experience.

Everything at The Cupcake Factory is fantastic! The cupcakes, cakes, pies, cookies, etc…are all so delicious. They made the most beautiful and perfect birthday cake for my relative at an affordable price. Also, their coconut pie is divine! I really miss them serving lunch. Highly recommend this place!

Love this little gem close to my neighborhood. Friendly staff! Yummy cakes, pies, cupcakes and lots of other fun treats! They have two freezers full of frozen casseroles and rolls that are handy to take to a friend or keep in your freezer when you don’t have time to cook. Can’t say enough nice things about this place.
