People trying to work but the machines need an upgrade everytime it’s always something wrong. This time the ice cream so soft it couldn’t be served

I just 💟 a decent #MALTSHAKE. My 1st teenie boper job was Orange Julius. I'm currently traveling and the hotel I'm staying at I asked one of my favorite hotel employee would she like to try a #MALTSHAKE from DQ. So I hop in the whip, swoop into the drive thru and ordered a #STRAWBERRYMALTSHAKE.

The person over the speaker tells me that DQ doesn't sell #STRAWBERRYMALTSHAKES. She further clarified that I was ordering TWO different drinks as in her mind #MALTSHAKE is not a shake but just the #MALT powder they put into the #MILKSHAKE!!!🤯🤯
So I gave that long eerie pause and asked what was the difference between a #MILKSHAKE and the #MALT that is added to the shake? She said a #MILKSHAKE is made with milk and we add #MALT to the #SHAKE 🤣😂😱

And that explanation made sense to you???
WOW!!!! She clearly needs additional product training!!!!

I get to the window, I couldn't even look at her, cause if I had I would have busted out in the loudest satirical laughter EVER!!

By the way she didn't make the #MALTSHAKE
The girl I bought it for loved it as it was her first EVER!!

Next time I go back I'll order #MALTSHAKE!!!! #OCD

Went thru drive-thru, food that i get after a long day at work and I don't want to cook. Burgers are good, fries are very some timey
But the ice cream is always perfect.

My wife and I went through the drive through late on a Thursday night and ordered a couple of small heath blizzards. The service was fast, and the young man at the drive through window couldn’t have been more polite and friendly. I don’t his name… but well done! Our blizzards tasted great!

They turned my ice cream upside down at the drive thru window and a quarter of my ice cream fell out of the cup. All soggy and melted of course it would.

Sit down was closed an hour before they closed, they didn't take card, the cashier was incredibly rude and unhelpful, said nothing to us other than confirming an item, and messed up our orders.

The sauces are chunky and look like they've gone bad, the fries were cold before we even got them, our icecream was half melted when we got it.

The food was also cold and gross in general, please travel the extra 10 minutes to a different DQ.

I stopped by this spot for a quick bite, and it was exactly what I needed—fast, simple, and satisfying. The Blizzard was the star of the show, as always, with that perfect creamy texture and just the right amount of mix-ins. I also tried their burger, and while it wasn’t anything fancy, it was tasty and hit the spot, especially with those crispy fries on the side. The staff was friendly, though the service felt a bit hurried, probably because it was pretty busy. The dining area was clean but nothing special, and it got pretty loud with all the families and kids around. My only real gripe is that the prices felt a little steep for what you’re getting, but honestly, it’s hard to complain when you’re there for the convenience and those iconic treats. It’s a solid choice for a quick meal or dessert fix!

So normally when I come the food is great and I have good customer service but tonight 😳 was not the same so when through the drive thru when I asked the lady through the drive-through if they still had the two double cheeseburgers for seven dollars she said yeppppp so I was like OKayyy placed my order get up to the window when I checked my fries they were not fresh so I asked her may I please get fresh fries she shut the window in my face and turned around and proceeded to talk to the person who was cooking so as I’m standing there and looking crazy with the fries in my hand with the window shut in my face so then I ask when she comes back is that a no or yes so she holds her hand out as to give her the fries I Give her the fries. She asked me to pull up so I just looked at her. Then the other lady comes because she shut the window in my face again. The other lady comes and she asked me to pull up. She proceeded to tell me it will only take 3 1/2 minutes so I said OK. I pull up two minutes later. She’s bringing me out the fries, but she handed me the same fries. I handed her. She just refried them never going back.

I've always had mayo on my burgers from Dairy Queen, but they use mustard here. The burgers were cold and didn't seem fresh. The buns were dry and the workers acted like they absolutely did not want to be there. I would not recommend this Dairy Queen.
