So normally when I come the food is great and I have good customer service but tonight 😳 was not the same so when through the drive thru when I asked the lady through the drive-through if they still had the two double cheeseburgers for seven dollars she said yeppppp so I was like OKayyy placed my order get up to the window when I checked my fries they were not fresh so I asked her may I please get fresh fries she shut the window in my face and turned around and proceeded to talk to the person who was cooking so as I’m standing there and looking crazy with the fries in my hand with the window shut in my face so then I ask when she comes back is that a no or yes so she holds her hand out as to give her the fries I Give her the fries. She asked me to pull up so I just looked at her. Then the other lady comes because she shut the window in my face again. The other lady comes and she asked me to pull up. She proceeded to tell me it will only take 3 1/2 minutes so I said OK. I pull up two minutes later. She’s bringing me out the fries, but she handed me the same fries. I handed her. She just refried them never going back.

I've always had mayo on my burgers from Dairy Queen, but they use mustard here. The burgers were cold and didn't seem fresh. The buns were dry and the workers acted like they absolutely did not want to be there. I would not recommend this Dairy Queen.

Went here on my way back from a work trip. I tried to order 2 cheeseburgers plain with bbq with a frozen hot chocolate along with the parm chicken basket. The I got the drive through guy working Saturday December 14th at around 12/noontime. The mic was very hard to hear him from and he turned the mic off so I had to drive around to the window to try confirming if he got my order right. He didn’t. I got A bunch of ranch for no reason and when I brought up he messed up my order I got informed I’d need to pay more to get the order right after he messed it up. I drove away unsatisfied with my experience. I Would not recommend this location next to the Horizon West Memphis shell gas station.

The dipped cones were a bit too soft, but my main concern out of all of this is that they need to help customers if something gets out of hand with another customer. Some child was disrupting me and my service and staring at it like a zoo. Then ask me what breed my dog was. I wasn't going to answer for personal reasons. The safety of my service dog overrides your curiosity. Plus the child was acting afraid of my SD when it wasn't even doing anything except sitting underneath me. They interrupted my meal when I just wanted some peace and quiet. The parents refused to educate their child and that same group of family one of their older children harassed me by asking me the same question on my way out. Do you let customers who harass others in your store?

Well, we got our food, but the ladies working there looked gloomy. Like I have to serve you. Anyway I got my meal and it came with ice cream. The fudge must be almost out right after giving me my ice cream she put a new one. This is what I got! See picture!

I wasn't able to send a serve. The place was very clean inside. The guy that rang my food up was very helpful and nice. I got home and the food was still hot. I was really impressed ? This was Sept 27. 2024 around 135pm

Ok, I didn’t go in so atmosphere I’m not putting any stars. I can say I’ve never had a more upbeat, friendly, happy experience anywhere!!! This was the nicest person (crew), everyone was smiling, getting the job done and pleasant, in the drive thru! I was amazed! The chocolate chip cookie dough blizzards were fantastic too!

DQ always does a great job. Fast, friendly folks. I've ordered through the app and received great service, as well.

My only moment where I felt upset was when I ordered their garden salad. It was, maybe, a handful of iceberg lettuce without tomatoes. I wanted the tomatoes... It wasn't worth what it cost by. I joked that I paid for the plastic container.

This place has 4 or 5 flat screen televisions plus an outdoor dining area; It lives up to its name(Grill and Chill).

The Blizzard I was handed was pre-made and the strawberries in it were slightly freezer burned. Still tasted ok, though. Staff weren’t as interactive as most other DQ locations.
