Every evening we go something always seems to get messed up. We get blizzards every so often and we never get the correct one or anything extra we ask for. Workers need to seriously start paying attention to orders.

Just stopped by for a couple of Blizzards and waters after a day out at Pinnacle. Extremely fast with our order and very nice. It was a great idea to put one out this close to the mountain. We will be returning in the near future.

They need to fix their menu because I ordered a bounty batter blizzard and they said they don’t have it and I told him they need to fix their menu. Their services is slow.

Our chocolate milk shakes had dirty strawberry or cherry (red) gunk on the lid. The girl at the drive-thru window wasn’t friendly in explaining why she was not able to scan our reward points in mobile orders. Instead of finding out, we chose not to engage again. We’ll be visiting other locations from now on.

The food is your typical fast food, their blizzards are amazing and the prices are reasonable. This particular location has always been amazing on customer service. I have gone thru the drive thru multiple times and they have always been friendly (even when they were extremely busy). As a customer it is nice to get good, friendly, customer service and that has kept me coming back.Well that and the blizzards.

I ordered a mini choco-dipped strawberry blizzard. Easy, right?! What should have taken 5 minutes took 30 minutes and the order STILL wasn’t correct. There weren’t any strawberries in the blizzard at all. It took THREE people to try to figure it out and they still couldn’t get it right. When they finally put my blizzard on the counter it sat there for 5 minutes with ice cream dripping down the side and that’s how they finally handed to me. Never again will I visit THIS DQ.

I doordashed my food my fries was cold and my chicken tenders look old , I’m NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN
